I concur Carrington. Although imho don’t think we will see much rise in shareprice until 24/25 and early ‘26 (will hover in 110-135 range) on the basis of the billions that’s supposed to be saved, and fibre rollout projects being near to completion and hopefully commencement of recovery in the economy. Plus, not forget Drahi said recently he is sitting on the fence atm and happy with the amount held in BT.

It’s a few years wait for any ROI for the above to play out and also see how earlier investments that Jansen has implemented progresses / or comes to fruition, but worth it esp. if divis are still being paid out, and in hopes of no more economical external world affecting factors happen (which we cannot control of course) and economy begins to recover somewhat.

They’re called Fool(s) for a reason! Suprise to see people still read the rubbish analysis they right. Not good source of research or info. As you correctly noticed they always leave out or never knew deeper into the matter of the company(ies) they write about.

Lol last time Dignity gave discount they got a rollocking back in 2020 - I believe the offer was “£100 off Discount ends 30 April” - in 2020.

They could not careless if you was invested to give you “a bit off”. Also, what would the profit be for if you was 6ft under - literally cant take it with you lol! Worse is if whoever was 6ft under did not pass on details or have a Will/Trust that person who survives them would not benefit from the profit if any, anyway.

@Kentio - when you mention a withholding tax? What do you mean by withholding tax?

Is it the tax on dividend for personal investors for holding the stock and the dividend they earn? If so, I thought it varied depending on the person(s) income - i.e. Basic Rate taxpayer pays 8.75% and Higher Rate pay 33.75% and Additional Rate pays 39.35% as the dividend allowances drops from £2000 to £1000 this year then to £500 in 2024.

Please disregard if what I have written is not what you meant, and if you can clarify what you mean then I will have learnt something more today lol!

Glad you’re all good TopCatz ;) Agreed - it was no brainer and absolutely right - it’s definitely happening.

Patience just needed to see the real reward for MicroSalt - as im sure there will be a lot of tests and regulations and hurdles to jump through to get this really into mainstream and recognised, and on shelves Worldwide.

Nonetheless, Tek/Microsalt are definitely taking the steps in the right direction with this - for present and future generations! GL and ATB, and catch you on next round of good news :)

Great news - should be a nice spike today! Well done who bought into MicroSalt pre-IPO 12months-18months ago. Definitely a keeper for the future. As will be an interesting one to see what comes of this in next mid-long term period! GLA

@ExpatWalsh - I believe Plusnet is BT, but the reason for the third of the price is because it’s product or service slower than BT’s premium products and services out there.

In other words - Plusnet provide limited broadband speeds etc. - which if you only use the internet for just surfing and usages and not downloading big files or need big data transfers etc. Plusnet is defo good choice in terms of cost when comparing with BT and Plusnet products/cost. ATB.

If it gets to £1 or sub that prior ex-divi date of 29th Dec - will be a no brainer. Interesting thing will be what price would it be AFTER ex-divi date and where can it go from there. GLA

@Davef24 - Yes should drop approx 4% which is the Divi Impact - which is approx 3.5p-4.1p drop depending on current price ofc. However, this stock is full of suprises - even up 4% wouldn’t suprise me after tomorrow lol! GLA & ATB :)

If that’s the case Robina - I will buy in chunks every sub -10% until it exceeds £1 mark and beyond - and hold on - until recovery whether that be 3 years time or 10+ years time. Only way this fails is as Fleccy says it stops divis and start selling assets and reducing debt etc. As many firms are in the cost cutting exercise and saving mode to try combat all this inflation/high interest and economical factors - and Imho this is a great opportunity to sow seeds whether for yourself or for future generation to reap the reward for when recovery and fruition happens - which may look hard to see with all the ‘noise’ that’s around but what goes down must come up and all that jazz….but obviously all down to each other’s perspective and risk management of course. Bought in here for first time sub £1 - as almost seems like no brainer for mid-long term. Have decided to go for buy in chunks option as if it does fall due to external influences and circumstances will be good to pick up even more at lower price :) Also good Dividends are being paid so almost too good to be true lol! @Veteran10: I concur with LucyD floatation which is a shame - but not suprised tbh under existing circumstances to IPO that was brave of them. Smart glasses imho was always going to be risky - as personally a product like this is a want rather than a need and trend related. The other Tek Projects I believe is the real hidden gem in the long run. Time will tell.

Regarding Tek price - As TopCatz 20.5 mark is a steal and below the 20 mark is even better for any new person to lay their mark. Hopefully the 20p mark is the resistance as any drop below this (which is not impossible) would be a good opportunity to accumulate more.

Plus, we all know the market sentiment (all over the markets) is a very volatile one.

So be careful out there all, and only invest what you can afford as you all know. TC & ATB ^__^
