Well done matey and fair play to you - as it was mentioned it’s your money and everyone has their own strategy for dealing with stocks etc.

I believe we have been in Tek together from the 5-6p days, and guessing you are/were up 5-6x on this too!?

I am contemplating top slicing - but cant pull the trigger as I think so much news potentially to come - but wary of it falling back in the meantime - so was looking to leverage if it all falls back too.

Who do you trade with? And what’s the required margin you need to cover the £500 a point drop? I got £3600 as a margin requirement and thats with IG.

I concur DShox - although some of those $1Bn valuations for some firm are questionable and debatable esp. when you look at the balance sheets and reports and think how are those valuations justified. Must be the new things nowadays for ‘Billion(s)’ to be that next leg up lol! Next decade will be Trillions.

Tek will get there as they making the right moves and getting their fingers in the right pies :) - It’s a Marathon not a sprint after all ;)

Thanks for the feedback.

Have spoken with my Broker and they have received the spreadsheet from PrimaryBid and will be processed today.

Seems very slow from PrimaryBid, but was reassured that no gains made (which is about 7-8% at the moment) will be reflected when the transfer happens and same if any losses - are reflected up on transfer.

I always see HL as their fees are much higher than others, but may have to sign up with them as well as their IPO facilities seem to be on point from your comment and other recommendations I have been receiving too.

p.s. SSIT will be a long term hold for me too as certainly seems the way forward and am sure we are all going to thank ourselves on another planet hahah!

I concur Crypt - today’s been alright considering. Slow rise is better than huge quick gains with this type of stock in my opinion esp. If long term holder.

Query for all: - I invested in the IPO via PrimaryBid to - but I have yet to receive any shares at all- so any gains is unrealised atm.

Anyone else not been allocated their IPO shares or know how long it takes from PrimaryBid to get into Sharedealing account platform?

Just to clarify the $25K is the minimum amount that Microsalt has to achieve for the Seed Funding to go ahead - NOT the minimum amount the investor/anyone can to put in. The minimum amount from Microventrue for Microsalt starts at $500 to X-amount, and how much you are allocated depends on how well/much the funding goes too as you could get less than what you paid for (but you get told in advance if this happens and how much you will get).

As you say having $25K locked for a year can be alot of time and money - unless you got that disposable or lying around to do that ofc lol.

Also, additional info. - from Microsalt discussion board regarding the correlation with Microsalt and Tekcapital and why the funding does not appear on Tek RNS board and - Victor Hugo CEO of Microsalt - commented the following which I quote: “ Tekcapital makes its own decisions regarding public announcements, we do not have any role in that process. Similarly, regarding questions as to their ownership stake you should contact the company for the most up-to-date information.”

Again, hope that info. helps and makes things clearer for you - and yes check your crowdfunding rules as all that has been stated - has been for MicroSalt via Microventures, and not to be taken for basis for how other crowdfunding is - as all companies or platforms have their rules/dates/types of shares offered etc. GL & ATB :)

Sure thing - depending where/who your Salarius Crowd Fund is via - they may have different rules to Microventures; Microsalt offering - so check your Salarius Offering Statement or Subscription Agreement via your crowdfunding platform for more info.

For Microsalt via Microventure it is:
Fee/Charge: 5%
Security Type: Series Seed Preferred Stock
Round Size: Min: $25,000 Max: $750,000
Pre-money Valuation: $5 million or $4.5 million
Price Per Share: $1.00 or $0.90
Conversion Provisions: Convertible into one share of Common Stock (subject to proportional adjustments for share splits, dividends, and the like) at any time at the option of the holder
Liquidation Preference: One times the Original Issue Price plus declared but unpaid dividends on each share of Series Seed Preferred Stock, balance of proceeds paid to holders of common stock of the Company.

Funding closes on 27th September 2021 and as long as they surpass their minimum requirement of $25K the funding goes ahead - which it has surpassed - as current fund value is $483,203 raised from 864 investors with 3 months left to go to try and reach to their maximum of $750,000.

You must keep hold of the stock for 1 year before you can sell. Which is fine by me as im in for the long term.

“It’s well-known that the smaller the salt crystals, the saltier they taste, which means less is more, an enticing proposition for snack makers looking to reduce sodium. However, simply finely grinding table salt and sprinkling it on potato chips won’t do the job, as you can’t get the particles down to the (microscopic) size that really makes a difference… plus they lose their free-flowing properties and stick together...”

@WG: Absolutely concur with you! Unfortunately, though that's hoe the company(ies) makes their money through the fees/spreads - strictly business and no one makes the buyer buy from them. Not defending these types of plays btw just literally saying it's the way these companies conduct their model/business - but up to buyer to make the executive decision to buy or not depending on well they have done their DD on all fronts.
