@WG - I know what you mean with MM taking the p i s s though - but imho the game has changed now esp. since what has been going on recently - got to be even more tactical now with your plays in this game.....I am sure you know what I mean and already knew the game has changed. Just don't the let them have your shares on the cheap if you believe in the firm as I am sure you do - being the frequent on this board with informative info to all. ATB

Very nice gains past few days! So obvious there is big disagreements at top level after Jan De Plessis resignation and now potentially CEO. Whatever it is, more more as it is pushing the SP up lol! Only joking!

Not sure why people asking if shares been allocated into their account for - Your primarybid email will tell you the admission date. Mine says 1st March 2021 and could be delay depending on how (your) broker deals with receiving the new shares - as you may be asked to fill out a form from whoever you use which means it will take longer to receive obviously if the shares fall u will have missed the boat.

Ashstash89 and all: Depends if your email says when the admission date of your shares will be. Eg. My email from Cellular says 1st March 2021 so I cannot even trade them tomorrow. Furthermore, each receiver is different as depends on their broker - as some broker’s may ask for information before releasing the shares to your account.

Always get them M135i when they see big % gains and bounce after it falls! Good riddance to them I say just shame you got others who cant workout the real to the fake comments.

Shareholder19 / Nighty89 : Did you find out with Halifax if it was account code or personal reference number? I think it is account code because when you buy shares on your receipt of confirmation order it has the account code which is usually aka. Account number. The Personal Reference Number is just to find you within the account.

@d.monies: I concur (apart from the desperate part) that’s why I mentioned perhaps best to take what they have raised, and agree with opposed not needing the money - as which firm doesn’t want more lol! And if there is/was surplus monies then usually it is returned back to investors or buybacks of shares but this is neither the case with Microsalt. Big contract or Merger is their game - I believe they are aiming for for all projects, but when who knows and agreed not overly excited on the news but still info. - as mentioned im not too clued up on the crowdfunding rules when the process is cut short. But what the hey I bought into the crowdfund as im in Tek which covers all the projects, and if a chance to get in to the project directly - why not cover my bases.

This is my approach here anyway, and am not advising anyone else to do same. If the other projects go IPO or Crowdfund I will be buying direct with those too for same reasons above. If it fails then so be it but if (any projects) succeeds it will be even more of ROI.

@TopCatz: Morning TopCatz: Not too sure tbh! But always having more money would be better for them whether to reinvest or as cash reserves although the monthly burn rate was concerning. So probably best to take what they have raised. So not too clued up there and only imho.

@Seamanp911: I became one of the 483 investors to buy into the crowdfund raise in Microsalt and I got the email from the crowdfunding broker about the process and my post this morning was the excerpt from the email.

Current status amount raised:
$235,789 - Raised from 483 investors out of $750,000 target max.

Not sure, why it is closed early if the campaign is successful and target of $750K not reached.

Perhaps someone can enlighten me if familiar with Crowdfunding.
