I suspect that new director of investor relations from WPP is an excellent catch. She’ll be kept busy for a few days simply opening bogus accounts on these BBs (for ramping purposes) to start off with, though, so don’t all hound her for quick results.

Shame BIDS chose not to publish the % of voters for each resolution. It’s usual form to do so. So, not publishing them, points to something to hide. Like the possible narrowness of the votes.
More smoke n mirrors. Just simply wrong.
As Mark Twain once said; “Do things right. You will gratify some and astonish the rest”. Methinks he could have had BIDS in mind.

The closing SP nearly broke thru the 6p offered level today - which literally was the start price in SEP18.
Whoever said ‘# this is just the start’ earlier, is closer to the truth than they actually intended.

We are actually agreeing on two things;
1. The count was a complete ramper. However, I do miss ‘im. Last seen on NCYT after bashing me for investing there. Not seen for some time and all their posts have been removed. So I guess they have been banned?
2. Patience IS key here. Only we are both patiently waiting for a different bus. I get on mine when the placing occurs. You are already sitting on yours wondering when the driver is going to turn up and wondering if you might be on the correct bus.
PS we all know we can all see those We have previously filtered simply by not logging in. So no point in pretending, old fruit.

In theory you are sort of correct.
But life is about reality and practicalities as any good professional advisor will tell you.
The reality is there will be no H2 if funds are not raised soon.
So, yes, they are completely connected in that respect.
The virtually complete lack of comment on the cash-in-hand situation is the most important aspect of the RNS.

How possibly can nearly 2 yrs and £8m be described as “# this is just the start”.

At best it’s the end of the beginning, but only after fund raising.

I’m with you hitthetarget. I read that as lower H1 means relatively higher H2 compared to H1. Again, just another example of smoke n mirrors tricks that JD is now very good at. If anything, it’s he’s most obvious talent. He just needs to develop that talent so that it’s not so obvious that we are not receiving “the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth”.
The truth is though, this stock would not survive that full truth process. It’s survival requires us being kept in the dark.

In short, nothing, if BIDS doesn’t raise money soon.
The most important line in the RNS was the last one about being focused on “non-trading receipts”.
Nothing new in the RNS. no figures, only confirmation of ‘small’ campaigns and the repeat of the ‘interest’ created by the pandemic.
This is still on the same path - no cash in the bank, no revenues until after the cash runs out so inevitable dilution.
Fund raising at c 3p if we are lucky.
Shame really, because it could have been so different with an honest CEO.

Anyone who thinks this is over is deluded. The virus will be back come Christmas. It’s not going to ‘disappear’. It’ll just transferring at very low levels whilts the world is in lockdown but will kick back in, in massive numbers, the moment we resume normal life.

I saw that report online. Walsh showed a photo of the three tests he actually used (blood an’ all).
They appeared to me to be three units from three different manufacturers. Each was different. That suggests either one company using subcontractors or more than one company.

Figures are from my own experience. I won't give exact details as I don't want the broker who I used to identify me. I might not be using them again, if it appears I have been scaled back singularly.
Do you mind me asking what size did you apply for and which route/broker?

Some debate on here why the SP on fire.
IMHO It’s the pandemic forcing advertisers to look elsewhere to place their adverts than physical billboards etc.
And SFOR fits that requirement perfectly.
I expect the results for 2020 to be very impressive.
I trust MS to deliver and keep topping up on weakness. Danger now is that there might not be any ‘weakness’ for some time so I might have to buy more whenever.
This company is the future of advertising and I’m going to ‘ride’ that statement for the next 5 years.
SFOR Currently represents 20% of my portfolio and I’m keen to push that to 33% over the next 12 months. Some will say ‘that’s mad/risky’ but I’m that confident.

Hi all.
Some of you on here will have taken part in the placing and will know this; for those of you who didn’t, retail investors have been scaled back to about 24% of the requested sums.
I think this was to ensure certain key institutional investors received their full (or near full) quotas.
Either way, the placing was massively oversubscribed. They requested £6m. Ended up taking £14.4m and RIs only received a quarter of what they requested- so unsatisfied demand of at least £6m at 0.25p placing price.
That placing price is equal to c. 0.345p post placing (pre-placing value + post placing funds divided by new total shares.
In other words, expect good support at 0.35p right now.

Tred. See things as you like. That’s your perspective and not the reality. You are either in this so deep emotionally that you block out or distort things to fit your own narrative or you are paid by BIDS to try to derail anyone not ‘on message’.
I suspect it’s the former.
By the way, I never gave specifics on pricing - just that ‘at one point I was down c £200k.
My averages altered as I switched from holding shares to holding SB positions. I started buying at 5.7p in SEP18. Even those babies are under water now.
My comment re GRID2 was extremely valid. I couldn’t make out any adverts. I realised at the time that an advertising executive may likely think the same and not want to part with any of their advertising budget. From memory, I then said I couldn’t make out any in game adverts that I felt were paid for thru BIDS. All I could see was car/track/already known names.
Those observations alone led me to a conclusion that I might need to de-risk.
Then there was the bombshell that the founders wanted to sell THE MAXIMUM they were allowed to, pre results lockout.
I flagged that up as well.
I was right on both counts.
But still Tred, you fill your boots and see this all how you need to for that narrative going on in your head.
Let’s see if I am right about a 3p SP.
