Hi WW Placing subscription shares not being taken up needed to be reported and they needed to hide it somewhere. How long will it take HMRC to authorise?

What a surprise. Why can't they ever just tell the truth:- "As a result of timings resulting from HMRC clearance and approval of EIS relief, these Ordinary Shares will not be admitted on 10 April 2018 and the Company will provide an update as soon as clearance has been granted." We all know that the reason the shares won't be admitted is because the subscription price is now 155% higher than the open market price, just 6 months after terms being agreed. Reassuring statements from this BoD means absolutely nothing, as they have no credibility left:- "The Directors of CyanConnode note the recent movement in the Company's share price and comment that they are not aware of any corporate developments that justify such a movement." (11/12/17) "....the Company has been notified by a significant customer that deployment for one of these larger contracts has been delayed" (04/01/18)

My guess is that Deloitte will write off the cost in the 2017 finals. They'll take some convincing not to (IMO). The costs obviously haven't been invoiced to the 'customer', so it's not a debtor and my guess is that what's been produced is of no use to anyone else, so it's not stock. Finals could be really bad.

Hi tonyj I don't agree. JC can't be allowed to just rub out what he has said and move on. How is the "Largest contract win to date worth �10m in Iran" (JC) doing? If OK, let the shareholders have an update on progress. If not so well, let the shareholders know what happened. ITT

Hi tonyj I don't agree re. buys/sells but they're not significant anyway. IMO, JC needs to explain what is going on (or not) in Iran before being allowed to move onto the next pipe dream. ITT

The Micromodje 'order' will have to be covered in the 2017 Annual Report. I wouldn't be surprised if the BoDs don't hand their notice in before the AGM, as they've run out of track.

Taken from latest Annual Report:- "The �10m Iran order from Micromodje, announced in April 2016 is for a 360,000 unit smart electricity metering implementation of our solution and its proprietary Head End Software ("HES"). We have started a dialogue with Micromodje on the next planned roll out of one million units, part of the potential overall Iranian market requirement of 33 million smart electricity meters." It's a shame that the veracity of these 'orders' aren't thoroughly checked by the company's advisers (Deloitte, finnCap, Walbrook et al) before they let 'you know who' loose with his totally irresponsible statements.
