Just trying to work out if Cyan's trading losses are actually worth anything to any new owner or would the use of the losses be blocked because there has been a major change in the nature of the company's trade. I wonder, does going from one shite business model to another shite business model count as a major change. ITT

Hi CB In your opinion, does the Cyan website try to give a true reflection of the company's current trading activities? Also, would you say that the majority of the company's losses (�60M) came about through the trading activities currently described on the website or from a previous failed business plan, which was trying to sell differently? Could they be attempting to 'freeze' Cyan's (and other shite small companies') shares while they untangle the mess that is (was) Beaufort. There must be millions of Cyan shares held in Beaufort accounts , which will need to be found a home.

Correct. Let me put it another way. 1,785,714 Subscription Shares @ 28p = �500K (will have commenced by 8.00 a.m. on 10 April 2018). 1,785,714 Subscription Shares @ 11p = �196K The subscribers will need to make 155% from 11p to get their money back.

IMO, they won't get another placing off. The last one isn't complete yet and the subscribers are facing a 150%+ loss before they start. Who in their right mind would offer them further capital, unless it was at a massive discount (even then, they'd have to be nuts) and there isn't the room for that with the SP at 10p (or is there?).

The A Team can't hide forever. The max that they can stay schtum for is about 14 weeks, so they will be flushed out soon'ish. Should be a laugh.

No buyers (who in their right mind would) and no sellers (because you can't). The unfortunate Cyan holders with Beaufort accounts have got double trouble i.e. their accounts frozen until April too. Cyan & Beaufort - what a class act.

Am I correct in thinking that you need 100 shareholders holding �100 worth of share capital to request (only) a resolution to remove a director? That'd take some organising - most holders would have to get their cheque books out and buy more shares to qualify, after 6 years of you know who's stewardship.
