Rather than having a name made up of two shite companies glued together, why not create a new name that people won't recognise and associate with complete failure. From JC's two favourites (Intel and ARM), they could combine them to make TERMINAL plc. (More appropriate at least).

As suggested before, Cyan has it's very own AW i.e. Specialist in Failure. When someone gets things wrong 100% of the time, isn't it a tad suspicious?

The only chance they've got of raising capital is if one or two refuse to believe that any BoD could actually be this bad at what they do. I must admit that it does take quite a bit of believing.......and that's the trouble. The company has lost �50m to �60m to date and JC has taken 6 years to steer the SP from 85p to 11p. How bad does it need to get? It's amazing that they continue to get away with it.

Even though you would usually say that there's more money than sense out there, I'm not sure that Cyan will find it that easy to raise more funds via a placing. The 'business model' is shot to pieces. Is this the stage where the private loan (with impossible terms) gets introduced? Probably.

It seems to me that Cyan is in the intermediate/transitional state between being alive and dead. For yonks, no new orders (not even of the never to be delivered variety), no recruitment (odd for a fastest growing company Deloitte award winner), no cash, obviously no interest from new investors (who in their right mind would put a penny in now) and a BoD who defy the law of averages by making the wrong judgement call 100% of the time. Not long now for time to be called on this one.
