Cyan's website needs to be updated TODAY to show significant shareholders otherwise they are not complying with AIM Rules. "the number of AIM securities in issue (noting any held as treasury shares) and, insofar as it is aware, the percentage of AIM securities that is not in public hands together with the identity and percentage holdings of its significant shareholders. This information should be updated at least every 6 months and the website should include the date on which this information was last updated;"

Belief that all is well with the UK rollout appears to be thin on the ground, despite what the board are saying.

Sounds a bit like (identical to) Noventa's demise.

Dipped my toe in today @ 59p.

It was generous of them to give the £100K IPO investors their full allocation in Feb'15 at 210p per share. To think, they were even considering demanding 262p per share. Quite a bad start, wouldn't you say.

I'm not sure. I got out in the 30p's soon after buying and couldn't bear to follow it after I'd realised my mistake.

I was buying Ashtead shares at 6p back in 2003 (unfortunately, I didn't keep hold of them until now). I'm not suggesting that HSS will go that low but I do believe that the bottom is a fair way off yet.

I feel sorry for Alan Peterson (Non-Exec Chairman) who invested £50K as recently as 19/06/15. Unfortunately, his £50K is now worth £18K.

Will keep watching for now but hope to get in at some point. Have fond memories of my only other investment in a hire company - Ashtead over 10 years ago. Somewhere in the 50's would be nice.

I can't see that a placing is necessary. As at 31/12/14, there were about £1M more debtors than creditors and the company also has a £550K overdraft facility. If they're trading in line with 2014, the cash burn is negligible and the auditors didn't feel the need to mention cash in their report (dated 16/04/15) either. I'm pretty hopeful that I'll make more that the 1% the bank were giving me on my cash but who knows. GL

At least the rate of the decline seems to have eased a little today. You never know, we might even finish in the blue today. GL
