Could it be that he didn't feel that he could justify paying himself over �500K in 2015, while the little company was losing millions. Actually his pay for 2015 was �522,500 (�435,000 + �87,500). "However it was agreed that these would be paid during 2017" Why? Could it be that he thought that it would be his last chance to nab it before the cash runs out?

Are thee 3 jobs being advertised on Cyan's website an attempt to replace 3 people who have jumped ship?

�850K invested means nothing. He's paid himself �1.8M in the six years that he's been there, so he'll still be �1M up when they're worthless.

Cyan have only just released a comprehensive report of its revenue and it's eff all, while J (�500K pa) C's 'pay' (pay makes it sound like it's earned) is enormous. This piddling order changes nothing.

The 1.8M shares @ 28p per share that should have been admitted on 10/04/18 can now go ahead then. Look forward to the company update regarding this.

They really have taken advantage of there being money in the bank after the �11m fundraise by helping themselves to:- Cronin - �500K Berry - �200K Smith - �230K How embarrassing for them.
