Hi CB I think that the story's end is out of his control now, as the company is finished (IMO). They'll never raise more funds via a placing and what is any loan going to be secured on? The BoD are probably skating on very thin ice obligation-wise already. ITT

Funny, JC has relegated his Executive Chairman role at Cyan to third place on his LinkedIn page, behind Cronin Business Solutions Ltd and Gerson Lehrman Group. Perhaps he's a little embarrassed by the Cyan connection and wants to create a little distance between himself and the company.

If Micromodje no longer exists, wouldn't it be better in the long run (if there is one) for Cyan's BoD to be straight with its shareholders? After all, to lose a �10M order is quite significant to a struggler like Cyan.

Also, can't find Micronodje's website at all. Aren't they our big Iran deal partners? They've gone west by the looks.

It will be interesting to read in the finals how Deloitte have treated Cyan's investment in the hardware and services re. the delayed contract (per trading update). Their treatment of it will give a good indicator as to whether the contract is still alive or dead.

It's only 13 weeks until they're flushed out. What's 13 weeks between friends? (about �100,000 in 'remuneration' for you know who).

There haven't been any actual material RNSs in six months. 6 x TVRs 7 x Holdings statements 6 x Sundry worthless statements During the same period, JC, SS & HB have trousered �350K to �400K. Tidy.
