No let me guess you managed to sell out right at the highest point just before they plunged 15%... I’m afraid it sounds like you’ve lost money on Boo or sold out too soon and now you’ve come back to try and **** on the parade at any opportunity

@hedged that would be a 32% drop since results.. not saying it’s not possible just seems fairly excessive On the back of no real change

But please clarify -
1. On the basis of your response to point 1, you do see yourself as duty bound to pass a balanced potentially negative view to a share you are not invested in. (Fundamentally strange in my eyes) however horses for courses we thankfully live in a word of free speech and opinion so I respect that view you have without agreeing with it.
3. Helping those who can’t stomach short term losses? How do you do that by scaring them aka giving them your balanced approach into them selling on the basis of your opinion?

Anyway it’s all banter you are entitled to your view as much as the next person and to be fair at least you don’t post some random number with nothing else. For what it’s worth read my posts (if you are really really bored) and you will see I am far from a boo love fest kind of guy I am the first to point out their shortcomings I just prefer a balanced debate on here

@clairesmith - genuine question, what is your motivation for posting on a share that you are now even invested in ? Let alone On a Saturday night ? It’s bad enough me reading this drivel including the nonsense written by myself but at least with £10k invested I’ve got half an excuse! Do you see yourself as a saviour for others? Or will you rejoice in the streets and hang out the bunting once this goes to £0.50p or better still into administration so you can proudly announce that you had been right all along ... 100% agree - sit in the background. Take the profits.. but he is deemed to be the problem, my instinct tells me he won’t leave under any guise at that level you become a megalomaniac and believe you are indispensable which I guess if you are the majority owner you kind of are. Shame really

The fundamentals were good but the results and margin growth did not meet the expectation Of the city which is why they fell. Refer to my earlier posts this year where I discussed 2017

I think there is an element of human nature here.. a number of people lost heavily on the drop from £4.00 to £3.30, as part of that loss the human physce is to be bitter and angry and resentful. That manifests itself by scaremongering, looking for others to also lose to offset their own loss emotionally against others - I.e if I’ve lost so can you. Or trying to drive a drop and buy back price.

It’s a most unpleasant side of human nature, but sadly throw money, loss and Risk into the mix it’s not particularly surprising

This board is getting very strange since my last hurrah. It appears there are now more people posting ‘who don’t hold shares but are concerned for the general welfare of holders’ than there are actual holders on this forum.

I sold out with a very handsome profit and then bought £10k at 3.42, I am super relaxed even if it goes to 2.00 I can wait it out. No issue to me at all, I appreciate it all goes back to your level of risk and exposure, mine is minimal hence my laid back attitude compared to my previous six figure exposure.

What I find funny is this - every single poster on here Including me called it wrong on results and the weeks after. All the ridiculous posts and predictions were utter nonsense.

The reality is no one knows where or what this is doing from one week to the next. Private Pi’s make up just 17% of this company so the idea that any impact on this board could have on the sp is just lunacy. Even if every holder on this board sold

Another take on PWC is that perhaps Boo have called time on them - clearly they weren’t doing A very good job auditing and I would suggest maybe they have become a casualty of Levitts review. In with the new out with the old.

Finally for all those having a wobble against the backdrop of utter sh&t being spouted on here from people who don’t even hold the share but spend their time commenting on it - Bizarre in my world.. the sp went from 2.58 to 4.03 in 7 weeks. We now have 11 weeks roughly to end of year results, so sit back and enjoy the ride. Worse case scenario your money is Locked in until Jan

Absolutely that’s the one 2 director sales same day... they went down like a bucket of sick but I’m fairness they both agreed not to do that again after the fallout

My god there has been some drivel on this board for the last 2 days with a host of nonsensical posters looking to press peoples buttons with wildly ridiculous posts. I’ll tell you where i am at.... Like most I was in until results or hopefully a few weeks after where I would reduce my holding, cash out some profit and let the rest build. Results day was gut wrenchingly disappointing for all of us.. fact.. people can dress it up in all sorts of ways but the reality is we all called it wrong. Some smart arse will pipe up that they knew it all along blah blah but that’s *******s. We all got caught with our pants down against expectation and indeed the pattern at the last set of results and before that. Sadly for me I’d learnt the hard way in 2017 when these same excellent results caused a 20% drop to the value in one day. I consider myself incredibly lucky that I managed to sell out at 3.93 only in that my exposure was huge and for me it was about risk, gain and loss. I’m a normal bloke with a normal job and the profit I had for 7 weeks was more than enough. Was I and am I disappointed yes - because I honestly felt this would and I think will be amazing. I got stuck in for 6months before in 2017 to get level I couldn’t be in that place again purely around my personal financial situation. In hindsight my level of investment in one stock was slightly reckless but it paid off but equally it shouldn’t have given the last 48 hours so for those new - don’t use me as an example as I consider myself incredibly lucky with no skill involved. Will this go back up ? Of course it will, ignore the drivel on this board by new posters if you’ve caught a cold and are now stuck (I was there in 2017) you will be fine it will recover and you will get your profit My feelings are mixed - I hate the stock market as it defies logic, we didn’t get it all wrong we judged a share on how it was performing and the value. I don’t have the answers, someone somewhere has it in for Boo. The media, the brokers it goes on and on against a backdrop of world uncertainty. The next big hurdle for everyone is the us elections and if old Donald doesn’t want to go if he loses it will cause world chaos. However I wish you all well it’s been a blast over the last few weeks. Some great posters and posts and have kept the spirits high. Don’t doubt yourselves we all called it. For Those that have sold profit is profit don’t be kicking yourself when this goes to 4,5,6 because it will. It just needs longer to get there against a very uncertain backdrop of the markets. Darren the results exceeded the last two updates and on both occasions the share price rose more than 10% on each occasion. So In this instance your logic doesn’t add up and before you say it’s due to the slavery issue that was resolved last week and saw the Sp rise on that news

Sadly mate prepare to be shocked....

I think it’s either gonna be a 5% down close or level maybe a smidgin up if the us are interested.

If it’s 5% down then the next 2 days will be crucial really to see whether it can hold and make up or again lose 2/3% each day ending the week 10% down which would be pretty devastating.

I’m at a loss really I don’t get it.. I don’t think it went into results particularly high and they were outstanding. I also think the q and a session was brilliant. But the market clearly doesn’t agree. The last two sets of results it ended up +10% at close of play on lesser results and yet here we are potentially closing at -5%...

The sp will rise after the call... wait for the close today and tomorrow - those who day traded it or held for £4 are out now the books are clear it can start where it needs to go

For what’s it worth I can’t see a tumble, it’s going in at 10% under its highs of June with potentially improved results outcome. The tumble comes into play when it goes into results at an all time high with the expectation of mega results and although good they aren’t exceptional.

PP1 is the oracle of past performance and updates from memory they provided examples of where previous performance far exceeded expectation without an RNS.
