Tf it does not matter its an adjuvant to a vaccine , like amplivant in moditope or in SCIB1 case, a sore arm induces the natural adjuvant

If you do some research TF you will find its used with a vaccine not on its own, again its the way of improving the charitisation of the t cell induced by vaccination, like high avidity TH1 as per Scancells SCIB1 the value of your post is yet again proving up Scancells Science of

Modi1 can target renal cancer as well its a 4 target vaccine,

and the details have been announced with Modi2 however they have yet to give "names" to the epitopes involved in the vaccine, i would also suggest these epitopes will probably form a second collaboration with BioNtech as well, especially if they sign the commercial agreement.

its already in RNS, if you actually read what is presented, rather than claim it has not been considered, thus it is already priced in as a Known, that at some point further funds may be required to complete both trials. However we do have sufficient cash to get them well underway, as highlighted by the CRUK SCIB1 cash requirement of £5m to complete the trial. Gives us a good indication of any shortfall for the SCIB1 and Modi1 trials ... ie approx £10 m to complete. So assuming cash burn this year on Modi2 development and the BioNtech collaboration could see R @D expenditure of approx the same as 2017/18 we also had the Cost of manufacture of both SCIB1 and Modi1 and we are not sure how they are squared in the accounts. to be considered.
