Every one discusses that Scancell has not done a deal with SCIB1 .. has any one considered that any deal might have stalled due to ichor ? achieving stability and approvals will help move this along

CRUK are not investing in SCIB2 as a charity case, its not a food bank for failed Bio

we do not need to trial a combination in the adjuvant setting as the Technical process of synergy of the combination would have been proved in the resected setting by this current combination trial

However anyone licensing SCIB1 would probably run a phase 3 with an adjuvant setting arm as well as a resected arm in combination with PD1 its a complicated trial, but the rewards would be that you capture 45% of the melanoma market if that synergy exists (and indeed an adjuvant SCIB1 mono arm as a comparator plus any control arm required)

The Mark 2 SCIB1 would take that 45% to closer to 100% of patients but as yet we do not know how far scancell has taken this reformulation, I would suggest the results of this Mark2 based SCIB2 would indicate the direction of travel

Scancell is not moving into late stage development, which would indicate moving to a Phase 3 trial .

Scib1 in the adjuvant setting has had results to phase two and two dose levels 4mg and 8mg

its been shown that 4mg has efficacy in the adjuvant setting, with no increase in efficacy at 8mg

against unresected melanoma 8mg out performed 4mg

Now we are about to run a trial with the assistance of PD-1 this is not a late stage trial its a phase 2 trial and will be done at the 8mg level in patients with unresected melanoma

This gives SCIB1 .. a complete understanding in any future negotiations with big pharma as SCIB1 data set will show it will work with the current standard of care PD-1 in both adjuvant and unresected conditions in melanoma

SCIB1 is the lead product demonstrating of the Immunobody platform
