I listened carefully to the recent media from PB and believed it might have been possible to finance the whole programme at Ortoire with maybe a bit of top up bank borrowing or Placing depending on how much oil/bod flowed from the new developments. There was even specific mention about the bank helping out with infrastructure spending.

The recent rns talks of the cash being needed to complete Cascadura -1 - for all those doing back of the envelope calculations on funding the latest revelation may well be significant - market thought so !

As for getting the best handle you can on financials clearly that means completely disregarding what the CEO says ( Koot told us on CERP no placing required before first drill on South West Peninsula- that was almost a year ago and rossannan has been telling us for most of that time that wasn’t possible - rig is on site, due to Spud imminently- need I say more!)

Good news for you guys is that after a while readers realise rossannan is not to be trusted and the SP also ignores him but we like to challenge our trolls over on CERP!

Chesh - possibly a bit hard on rossannan - he is arguing ( largely with himself ) that discussion on here is becoming increasingly divorced from reality - finally he's realised that telling people LK can't drill SWP without a Placing for close to a year, despite Lk telling us the opposite was indulging a fantasy of either a mad or malevolent man!

Irene - hark at you telling us what is important to say about risk - all your posts should contain the wealth warning that you are a third rate disgruntled troll who dithered when the SP was 2.5 p but with a no risk attitude shouldn't be within a million miles of CERP.

I assume you have nothing of value to add regarding our exciting opportunity which LK clearly believes is well worth risking some CapEx on, especially as Lex helpfully highlights, LK battled to get the PSC for no up front cost in exchange for a spunky retrospective profit share clause!

Irene - As a third rate troll I think you know very little about the Suriname opportunity but troll rossannan asked the other day how much capital to get us up to the 16,000 bopd from the adjacent plot - do you know the answer?

What are the netbacks on 16,000 bopd in Suriname on the PSC - actually I'm ramping a bit there cos the Government will probably take 8,000 bopd ( after funding the capital cost of that part of the exploration) .

Thanks for ventilating the Suriname opportunity - I was getting worried it wasn't getting the attention it deserves - even rossannan likes it now !

Conspiracy theories don't usually interest me but I did find the presentation provocative and my eyebrows are not easily raised!

OK rossannan how about telling us how wonderful the potential of the Suriname deal is - I know you were very dismissive of it when it was announced but you appear to have come around lately - not surprised - what's not to like about that deal - LK has drawn on his experience in Trinidad to agree a mutually beneficial deal.

I know it's a bit scary for people who want NO RISK as it's possible CERP may expend cash and achieve very little but you being an expert on financial exposure would know that's a given for a high risk O & G Company!

Yes rossannan let's talk about why you've been posting on here for close to a year that CERP wouldn't be drilling SWP without a Placing ( latterly morphed into shouldn't when the penny dropped you were wrong and you would lose all credibility on Saffron Spud ! )

Deano - thanks for the link to the Jo Cox murder Exit from Brexit ( Series of 4 - but scope for a few more ! ) . Some very interesting hours of viewing there and many unanswered questions - took me back a bit to The Fugitive where we were always looking for the one armed man - here it's the guy with the limp who is remarkable similar to the non uniformed chap emerging from the police car.

It takes a fair bit to get my eyebrows raised but this achieved it!
