CarsCoffee - cogent observation about possible association with CPR - have turned back the pages of my history book and recall the furore over a previous CPR between Onceatrader and others because Ritson disclosed to an investor that CPR ' rules ' indicate P90 reserves would be limited to amounts the company had the financial resources to extract ( including loan availability ) - this dampened the ramping impact of that particular CPR as more resources were deemed P50 and some investors threw toys out of pram in similar style to Arry LOL!

This rns is very good news for BPC as the deal is SIGNED whereas previously all we had was good intentions and BPC cheque book holders may well have been reluctant to sanction the full CapEx on Goudron without pawing over the vellum ! ( I would have been !)

In the UK there was once a law called Trade Descriptions Act which limited the language of those who were apt to gild the lily to the extreme - that Act came to mind when I tried to look at the small print to see what had been ' Enhanced ' in the contract ! Seriously I would have liked to see the details - even if they are pretty much identical as BPC holders should have the information and not have to rely on esoteric research from the likes of me!

Details that could be relevant are MWO ( Minimum Work Obligations) in the new contract as these may involve substantial CapEx. Previous IPSC had them!

This new contract has taken an inordinate time to complete and adds to the growing concerns about the impact of 'Long Covid ' but overall I'm relieved that it's SIGNED NOW and even if enhancement hasn't been what was hoped at least security of operations is achieved.

PS - previously CPR has detailed the contract terms in an addendum so it may be that BPC are handling the detail in the same way - I'd be very disappointed if it's not in there when published !

Rampers, including the company, regularly mention COS, if the drill is commercially unsuccessful does that discredit those that optimistically stayed for the drill - why shouldn't investors take the risk - I don't see risk being hidden rossannan!

James Smith made valid points on the broad issue - I put it to you rossannan that he's probably been liaising with BPC board and they have agreed he should ventilate those points. BPC lawyers almost certainly working on their detailed response and strategy for presentation to Court - although you seem to want everyone to know your personal strategy in advance such naivety is unlikely to impress in professional circles - you must be heading up the rankings now for Fantasy Oil & Gas Manager - you've certainly been playing it for a long time !
