5 year extending situation from 2019 ( not 2029 !) - typo!

Apologies for being a bit quiet recently - been out looking for my elephant - last sighted Tuesday in a London room of gold investors!

Garnhiem - the rns from 2013 included reference to EOY as a factor for the mutual consent 5 year extending situation from 2029 at Goudron. Thanks for stimulating me to revisit it - also contained some info on netbacks which gradually increase with each year of operation ( I think LLL sheds a few more tears on each anniversary LOL!) .

offerman - I believe most are with you on Goudron potential and LK is well focussed on it ( comments from Ross today were particularly odd but I am sure they will not distract LK!).

You guys might be interested in googling the Take Over Code, particularly the 12 month rule - looks like last purchase was November by SC but I don't follow this share closely so any cheeky bid may have to wait !

Ross - I am amazed you say ' Actual production figures are not really the point ' - IMO they are very much the point as LK is getting close to doubling production using his magic team and more importantly production is steadily growing so that even if higher case scenario is not reached the company is cf+ whereas at the 300bopd level the company is almost certainly loss making even at higher WTI levels having regard to the extra Royalties on the first 150 bopd!

Ross - liking this new concern for CERP shareholders - it is a pity your epiphany took soooooooooooo long - I remember when you were attempting to undermine both the business model and NR when the company was close to bankruptcy and on the market, with seemingly little interest - survival was a very close run thing - bankruptcy would have almost certainly meant a nil payment to shareholders - thanks Ross!

Ross - if you don�t find the conversation over here interesting you�re not obliged to view or contribute - perhaps those other Trinidad oilers might be more appreciative of your Fantasy Oil & Gas Manager style analysis. You say Goudron production is increasingly a red herring - perhaps you should have explained that to LK when he took the job on - would have saved heaps of discussion and column inches/ graphs etc! Although development of SWP is likely to be the transformational move showing that Goudron can be successfully managed in a profitable manner is important in the short and medium term - most shareholders like the idea the company is cf+ and with the IPSC it�s very much about production more than WTI as I would have thought you would have known by now!

Ross - as we know the figure for CERP from a recent rns I'm assuming you are posting that info on all the other boards you cover across your extensive portfolio of Trinidad oilers in which you are ' interested ' .

Levi - many thanks - they can tough it out but by agreeing to change they are in control - people won't forget what happened but it won't be regularly discussed on boards and there will be some who will be able to point to it and say - this is proof Kerim is aligning himself with shareholders. Publicity can sometimes spin out of control as happened with CENT recently - I'm not saying no more bonus Kerim - just ask shareholders first - why would someone aligned to shareholders have a problem with that?

LGO-fan - as James said -' I would tell you - but then I'd have to kill you ' - the question was asked of LK in the investor show media and LK gave more info than previously but then resorted to ' the eyes ' - others have tried to discover the answer - NR wants to include it in his book - ' where did it all go wrong ? ' .

Ross - if I remember rightly it was your assessment of the interchange between LK & NR that sold you on CERP being out of Spain before they could measure LK for his sombrero - good job some of us knew he wanted to experience Pamploma first then who knows what excitement may follow!

Levi - I'm optimistic as Kerim seems a sensible guy in the media and lots of posters on here and advfn have talked about their meetings with him and how reasonable and approachable he is. There is a while to go yet before the AGM!
