share_talk - thanks for that, hopefully Kerim will also update shareholders in next 48 hours on various matters that have been discussed on this board since the BOD redirected funds from shareholders to their own accounts.

Joebop - there is a clear change of strategy under LK - NR vision appeared to be more of the same - up with which long suffering shareholders would not put! Hear what you say about LK inheriting a good financial base but NR had achieved that only by recent Placings - he had, after all, presided over an appalling loss of shareholder value prior to that by a reckless strategy!

LayLadyLay - I don't want this to seem like a love fest because I acknowledged parts of your post were quite sensible but I have to agree the last paragraph - Rossannan is almost as well known for filters as Benson & Hedges!

LayLadyLay - quite a vomit inducing post from you because parts of it are quite sensible and offerman has been warned on the other board that he should consider carefully the basic financial advice freely available on the government sponsored investment website and be aware of the attitude to risk profiles. Most people remember your posting when LGO were in deep trouble along the lines of this will be Toast next Tuesday - think that you may well have influenced people to sell at one of the lowest points in the SP cycle - at least those that ignored you have a chance of recovering their cash!

Chesh - many of us have gone through the traumatic process of being filtered by Ross - the feeling of stress is like death of parent / marriage / divorce / house move multiplied by 10 but we've managed to come through it and continue our lives - but it's really really really hard overcoming that despondency feeling - but take heart the feeling does not last longer than a nano second so you are over it already - wear the badge with honour! ATB mate you did brilliantly to last this long!

sharespy - as I've said I'm currently out but I've always maintained this is fundamentally a good business and I want it to succeed but I do believe it would benefit shareholder relations if he were to deal with this bonus issue by altering the rules so that shareholders vote new bonus - that way if he persuades the business owners he's worth it there is no problem. There is a meeting next week with shareholders - if you read everything you'll know there are plenty who agree with me but don't want to bring it up regularly - they hope the snout troughing won't be repeated in future but will be pleased if the matter is put to bed finally - I hope it comes up at the meeting and people can make up their own minds about how Kerim views his shareholders alignment. I've also linked the availability of bonus to the idea Kerim is not progressing growth as fast as was previously expected which is, perhaps, why there is no rush for new investors to pile in and previous investors have baled in favour of alternatives. As I said earlier it's a good business but Kerim's vision as outlined in recent media is not stimulating the SP. By way of example look at INFA SP post the LSE media recently. ATB for the future!

LGO- fan - good summary of media! I was pleased to hear a bit more detail on W/F as when route one ( GY669 ) didn't seem to hit the sweet spot I reduced my expectations a little but Leo still seems pretty confident they will achieve very worthwhile sustained production growth from the programme. Great work on keeping up that overall production growth - even at 600 bopd that means 450 bopd earning the premium rate on the IPSC which will be transformational to the bottom line. Good to see the magic formula being guarded - well answered Leo. Surinam looking favourite for me out of the trio mentioned.

Chesh - i'm surprising tolerant of ' listen ' but only from the local Chinese take away - he say You Lissen after I've placed my order - he read back to me - I think he's recently been talking to that N Korean bloke!

Levi - you're very kind - I'm thinking of setting up in competition with YJ if they don't get some action on this bonus issue - probably call myself something like Green Jacket LOL! Did you notice from the Investor Show media Kerim actually mentioned CENT so presumably he keeps up with shareholder democracy - probably congratulating himself he didn't run his bonus past shareholders !

LGO- fan - Loooooook I still think LK is the best news to hit the company since GY670 - that one tailed off too quickly but so far Leo seems to be able to sustain his performance improvements from a wider range of producing wells - bravo that man ( if he can make the breakthrough on w/f the world's his lobster!).

I'm seeing lots of chat about PG - I think an X rating is closer to the mark here until shareholder democracy is introduced over the director bonus issue!

Setanta - apologies for addressing you directly but I like the cut of your gib and am interested in your view! I watched the LSE media and read the rns and it appears to me that INFA now believe that gas storage other than for arbitraging will be a contributor to profitability. Under previous management that was not part of the financial model. My personal view is that the Government should oblige the utility companies to fund storage facilities as it bordering on dereliction of duty for a Government to leave us so vulnerable. Without compulsion the Utilities are not going to do it because they ( mostly foreign owned ) don't care about consumers - if energy costs double they will just pass on the costs. BG have some concept of national interest from a historical perspective. Having said that this ' dereliction ' has been going on for eons and as I mentioned previous management didn't seem to place much store on a policy change - do you know why the new management here seem so optimistic there may be profit opportunities from energy security type storage in addition to arbitrage storage the previous sales thrust? I made lots of new friends whilst discussing the Woodburn Forest drill but I've yet to pop across to visit Reddy & Jelly in the tree house - maybe next year!

LGO-fan - I don't think it's cropped up before on here but FWIW if anyone says ' look ' to me I do take it as a personal insult as it's commonly used by politicians who are struggling to make their points with a well argued case - I bristle and shout at the television ' NOooooooo YOU LOOK! ' Re LK I'm massively impressed he has got the production up and sustained with his new approach which also has tremendous potential with these new fields so I won't be joining any pressure group for a change of style.

LGO-fan - for maximum satisfaction the concrete delivery comes at the end of lots of ground work and attention to fine detail - detailing looks good to me, so far!

Petersalkeld - I do request, at cards, people to ' play it whilst we're still young ' - I'm confident it'll be up before your next birthday!

Benjie - that's way over my pay grage, with or without bonus! I suggest you put it to Kerim for the YJ event as I believe he'll answer that sort of question. I do recall him saying heap leach would be used rather than the system at Kizzie but although I can be penurious when it comes to bonuses I'm no Uriah so can't help further on Heap! I do believe there is some concern about the economics of Tavsan because we are told that the plan is to use Kizzie facilities in part to boost cost effectiveness. It is good to have Tavsan as the back up though even though no one is shouting BONANZA from the rooftops - Kerim doesn't seem in a hurry to accelerate this one.

emily - I thought I was generally being quite supportive of the Company as I have said that fundamentally it is a good model but someone needs to be the Mahout for that rather large elephant in the room! Even I am a bit half-hearted about it but there is far too much sweeping under the carpet going on and it was the back slapping of MDV share purchase, after taking the bonus, which latterly stirred me up again and stimulated me to investigate further. I then find that posters have been supporting the director remuneration packages without, apparently, knowing what they currently earn - which strikes me as odd.Thst further encouraged me to look at AGM situation and powers for BOD to vote more bonus. There is often talk about the Westminster Bubble in politics where the views of the proletariat are not reflected - I am inclined to think the BOD act in a similar way - Kerim ducked the SP question in the LSE interview and recently when asked merely reflected it should be a multiple of current level - reality is the current SP but he does not appear very bothered because he can wait it out - with the help of a nice little bonus! There is a disconnect between BOD and shareholders - the NED should have said - how will this trough snorting look to shareholders - perhaps he did and was ignored - who knows! You asked me not to post against the company and where I have been more robust in my criticism I have generally been listened to fairly not as someone looking to gain financial advantage but as someone airing some washing that had an unpleasant niff to it - I would like the company to succeed but I do believe Kerim needs to address the issues that are bothersome both to shareholders and potential shareholders..

Bamps - good thinking - last I heard NR thought it would be available on a new IPSC from Petrotrin - would be a great fit for us with the Magic Team !

The LSE interview was illuminating - telling us they can�t afford the accelerated development of Salinbas with current loan repayments - Kerim also ducked the question on the SP ( I thought these interview questions were pre agreed - Kerim should ask for the money back!) .Reminds me a little of the headline thought to have brought down Jim Callaghan - Crisis? What Crisis? - of course for the BOD there is no crisis - they can afford to play the long game as they regularly pick up �200 for passing Go and now deploy the � it�s your birthday �collect from all players card ( except it�s shareholders who pay for the bonuses) - I hasten to add no suggestion of GO TO JAIL card coming out - all done within the rules! Some of you think the BOD and shareholders interests are aligned - I don�t and even fervent supporters were a little surprised at the trough snorting - if you don�t want it to happen again the rules need changing at the AGM - perhaps Kerim will furnish a draft resolution to that effect for discussion at the Yellow Jersey event - perhaps that would head of any bad publicity?

Rugby - I chose AS because they have a good manager who gets the best out of unsung heroes and they have more potential coming from a lower base !
