If this was a rights issue you would not have to buy and then sell you nil paid rights. But this is a placing does not come with rights.

You can purchase up to your option with Rex in the Private placement.

If you short on cash sell the shares at £1.00 or above and take up the option for 85.0p with money from you sale if you are short on cash. Instant 15% cheaper. Hope that helps. Some times you can short your own shares in cases like this then buy new cheap shares. But as their is no DMA it cannot be shorted.

A big institutional Holder can sell their shares at £1.00 and then buy back in the offer for 85 pence. Then bag 15% right there. The present share price has to fall to take Way that advantage. They can just short then buy back in the offer.

There has been inside trading here. Some trading on information that others shareholders had no access to. No wonder brokers and auditors have resigned. The management could see problems in the company but they were not conveyed to us.

These people should be barred from running an AIM company. The FCA now need to look into the dealings by the management. Shocking.
