Michael Lynch-Bell, incoming Non-Executive Chairman's first task should be to investigate supposed past dealings of favourable business deals with parties associated with the board members at the time. All past deals must be scrutinised and those guys found involved with cushy deals should be fired and prosecuted. Hopefully with all voting yes in the EGM these guys will be voted out and shown the door anyway.

The company has issues in making a working WHR. They may have one ready for testing in a commercial background by June 2025.

The £235,000 they have just raised in a placing almost 2 Billion shares at 0.012, will not last long and they will have to issue another 2 Billion.

I feel for those who got caught up and bought the other day at 0.016. Shortly the shares will be 0.08 and they will have lost half of their money.

Always could see that placing coming and I see the next one and the one after that. They now have 8 Billion shares in issues and that will be 10 billion. Each time less and less money is received and more and more shares issued. If not product is completed by June next years its curtains. I do not think they will make a WHR that will do what is promised.
