Doctor Graham looks like a man who knows what he is doing. He has many successful businesses that operate in similar markets. Obviously as a share holder for some time he knows CPX well. f JD Sports has a 1/3 stake in Applied Nutrition, You would think this would be also attractive to Sports Direct a director competitor to JD Sports.

Someone is going to make an offer for SIS multiple's of the share price. Just before things recover. SIS is massively under valued.

Has a possible prospective IPO of £1 Billion. With approximately the same turnover as SIS. The thing is SIS is only valued at £30 Million. £970 Million cheaper.

If applied Nutrition are clever they could pay 35 Pence for SIS and double their turnover and be valued on the same prospective earnings for £2 Billion. haha.

There comes a point to all companies that enter into administration. Shareholder no longer want to buy their shares. The most curious thing is shareholders continue to vote and give authority for the company to issues more shares.

Soon the company will have an GM asking shareholders for more authority to issue shares. Will they be so fooling to vote yes again? Or is it the end this time. Lets wait for global and YA to get their 1.14 Billion shares first. Let them squeeze this for what they can.

"Doesn't make sense why Glencore haven't done anything with Zanaga in that case". Glencore inherited this asset from Xstrata. It sat there as they never purchased this asset it was something that came along when Glen won out in the union of equals. Glen has a different philosophy and an aversion to brown sites where they needed to spend billions to get this off the ground. They never had any intention of getting it off the ground or would spend so much on it. They are sort of left with the baby. Zioc was just left with care and maintenance. Glen just kicked the can down the road and never wanted to make a decision on it. Basically the only way this gets off the ground is with Chinese money. Glen farms down its stake and therefore the requirements that come with it.

The managers of Zioc have had little or any pay as it is all run on a shoestring. Now that the Chinese economy is weak they are not going to spend the sums necessary. There are better plays out there. Zanaga just costs to much money to get into production. There has been no shortage of Iron ore. Why spend so much on getting more then over-supplying the market that is pulling back. Makes perfect sense not to go ahead. Ivan Glasenberg makes lots of money from dividends why should he get the company involved and spend so much cash with possible big issues and losses? He knows what he is doing and has held this back for good reasons. Anglo's iron ore is a different kettle of fish, probably requiring less funds. Its more advanced and is probably not found in the middle of nowhere that requires huge costs in building railways roads and ports. Zenaga cost it nothing and is not value at much. They put it on a back burner for a reason.

Anglo asset is far different. Is pellets? How much processing is involved? They have computers that show them what is and is not profitable.

I think it will not see the end of May. They will never get a placing away as they have no product that people want, does not make a profit, squandered had. Products were rubbish and amateurish. Cash mostly gone now, and it can never raise cash. D Beckham knew it was over way back and got out when there was value. Now it is gone never to return.
