Total wipe out through dilution. Cash will not last long and the new Target will issues more and more shares of AMC now referred to as Crism Therapeutics. This company (The Target) is far from cash generative. Years away. Expect multiple placings.

The IPO is not binding as of yet but a plan. Yes they are looking for £1 Billion. Based on a prospective of 10X times earning of forecast turnover of £100,000,000. But so far Applied Nutrition has less turnover than SIS.

Something wrong with the valuations compared with SIS. Good thing is that that SIS has reported an expected doubling of EBIDA. With turnover flat. I cannot see SIS remaining as an independent for long. If someone wants it they will have to pay a lot more than what it is now.

When and if Applied Nutrition does get its IPO, some eyes have to fall on SIS. Perhaps it can get that kind of money if it lists in New York?

If this RTO goes through will allow Extruded Pharmaceuticals a listing where it can raise more capital. Basically what you can expect here is fundraise after fundraise (DILUTION) to support a lifestyle company and a gravy train for certain directors at your expense. Better get a return of capital and put into your own money into your own chosen share rather than get this lot to do it for you. Do you really want a company take our cash and put into their experimental research? VOTE NO TO RTO

I do not want to own any drug delivery company. Any drug delivery company wanting to be part of an RTO is doing so to get access to the market where it may raise more cash, which as we know comes by selling shares and diluting us all.

I want a vote and in that vote, vote against any RTO. I want a return of capital as all should as these guys will dilute you to death. And of course if the AMC management actually stay, they get their big salaries and continue the gravy train. Cash seems to be getting lower and lower anyway. Seem these guys want to hang on to the lifestyle at our expense. VOTE against any RTO. Or lose any value that may remain.
