I think James Parsons has been involved with many death spiral walking dead type companies for a while. What I find fascinating is how Global/Riverfort actually profit from death spirals. It appears to me it is these lot that spark off the spiral. They give loans then often take shares for repayment at lower an lower price where they convert. Best to steer away any company with any involvement with Riverfort/Global group. Certainly not buy any shares where the company has done some finance with. Behind most companies that have issues we find this lot. They are like vampires. That suck the blood out of their prey.
