Someone remind me. Do they have enough shares to issue?

Do they still have the the authority to issues shares to pay of the rest of the loan?

Actually the shareholders voted in favour of the company to issue shares right? I think the company is going to come back in a month or so and ask for more authority to issue more shares.

Its amazing how Global and Riverfort can make money out of a death spiral. Seems to me they sell shares at a higher price then able to buy back in at a lower price somehow. Surely they make money. Happens in all the companies they invest in. Avoid any company involved with these people is my advice.

I suggest to anyone with shares with HL you vote. These guys that have destroyed all value in the company should be shown the door. They have not acted on your behalf. It seems they have been doing poor deals that favoured companies that they have an interest in. Shocking. These people should be arrested if this is found to be true. lets get them out and then do an investigation with new Non Executive Directors look deeply into these unfavourable deals.

I believe today will be the last chance to buy at the current price before we substantially increase.

I do not think Antonio & Trevor were correct in not including Johnathan Swan’s letter with the General Meeting Documents.

Anyone who has read J Swan’s letter will be aware that change was necessary and after next Tuesday both Antonio & Trevor will not be Directors.

We will have two new Independent Directors and Callum back in charge.

"Chill Brands Group Plc (LSE:CHLL) announces the appointment of Fieldfisher LLP to conduct an investigation after allegations were raised around the use of inside information. The Company will be engaging with relevant authorities, including the Financial Conduct Authority, and the investigation's findings will be reported in due course".

Looks like the suspension of the shares show that they found something. "INSIDE INFORMATION". Looks like has been confirmed.

Should not be a big problem to getting funding on this project with a company like Vision Blue behind this. They can take a bigger stake and invest more with the understanding they will make more profits. They got big backers.
