It seems that Pi is slowly learning that each contract that PYC earns, it does NOT make the company a profitable venture. This company is kept afloat by one means and one means only. "PLACINGS". Best to see this outfit as a charity. You have to keep giving it money. Contracts do not even cover salaries for the few boffins it keeps in work. AVOID.

No Western company will invest in Russia now. At best a company wanting these assets are Russian and perhaps a Chinese company.

No purchase will be allowed to be paid in foreign currency that is then allowed to leave the country. Present rules now mostly block this.

Putin will shortly seize all the assets. Leaving the company shares with zero value.

With new sanctions on banks in Russia and a problem is now occurring with currency exchange, new laws are being made to prevent foreign currency movement. Russia’s currency over seas has been seized and Putin to make up and will seize Western assets in Russia. EUA is now next on the list for nationalisation.

EUA assets are now critical minerals and will now be seized with zero compensation to shareholders.

IES manufactures utility-grade energy storage. Yet these storage batteries cost more to make than the price they are sold for. There is a reason for the share price collapse and a reason why the share price will go lower.

If the share price continues to fall, and or if it has to do another placing and gives a big discount the share price is going to get close to the nominal value and it will have to do another another capital reorganisation. Then rinse and repeat.

Seems this company is kept going by placings. Then consolidations. History of failure.
