I do not think an offer will come by the deadline. An extension will be granted. That should be a good sign that both parties are serious and they are close to a deal. But not in the by the present time allowed. Technically Sadira could get permission for a number of extensions. That Wood is continuing talks and has not walked away is a positive. They must by now know of an approximate price Sadira is willing to pay and has not rejected it out of hand is a bonus. Both Wood and Sadira need more time than allowed by the rules. Extension looks very possible or quite likely.

I am up 50% at this level. Now I know I did not get this return by listening to you. When I bought I never even noticed your tips. Tell me could you which other company should I buy for similar rise if I sell this one with your advice. Actually I have always said a take-over would be about 75.00. Reaches that I am up 200% and it wont be because of your advice.

Anyone who has listened to Laura on this board has lost a l of money. Anyone who has averaged down has lost more. It is interesting how Laura has filtered anyone who posts an alternative view or critical view. She is probably down quite a lot. Its a shame she refused to see an alternative and negative view. There is no business here and the company will not survive by just holding digital coins. Take the coins away there is not business here. Any profits from selling coins will go to wages, and costs of running a company on AIM. Remember, bills have to be paid and so selling coins is the way it makes money. The company will continue to get its income from selling shares rather than coins. This nonsense about coins should be ignored. The probably the company has is how much does it cost to get 1oz of gold? Would not surprise me if it is costing about £25,000 - £30,000 an oz. Completely off my head. Could be higher. Lets look at the company`s expenditure and divide it to the amount of Gold. Could £100,000 or more, suffice to say this venture is non commercial. Yes you find a bit of gold or find some by processing from waste heaps. It does not help the company one bit. The more it processes the more money it loses. This company is kept afloat by selling shares and not gold. AVOID.

Thats a very nice picture of a gold coin. But how much does it cost to produce? Saying it is Welsh gold and is worth more is pointless. The company is already planning its next placing with excuses about more tests or more digging. A history of failure and the sale of a few coins will not help. Hoping for collectors to save the company is clutching at straws. Sooner or later someone will get the assets and the gold and the shareholder will own nothing. Administration is what is staring down this company.

Pi should put Laura2020 on filter as she put me on filter. She never liked what I was saying so that was her solution. She held on tightly to those rose tinted glasses of her. Constantly trying to get buyers in to raise the price, oblivious to the facts in front of her nose and even today she refuses to the realites.

I have said this close for 10 years now. Best see this company for what it is. A Charity that will take all the money you throw at it, still want more and deliver nothing.

If you bought 7 weeks about you lost half your money. Some people may be under the illusion the company is now cheap. It is not.

It’s got cash now to survive for 6 months. After that is is very precarious.

It should be aware by all now the reason why the company never uses to show the value of any win. They were just too small and obvious they are non commercial.

The company has a flawed system. Why win contacts that are not profitable? This is why the company is really a charity. AVOID

Often a company should be valued LESS than its cash in bank. There is a good reason for this and we can see this here.

The cash will go down and the company has no actual value and the format is flawed. No real important IP or patents. There is no value here and the company should not be valued more than its cash. The market is telling you something. Don't let anyone tell you different. Do not even believe me.

Look at history as see there are more placings expected. The cash will have been burnt through in 6 months. More contracts do not bring more profits.

This is a charity and has to be valued at “LESS” than cash held. The company has no value. AVOID

Clearly this is not a company that Pi can invest in. Best to ge seen for what it is. A charity that takes your money and gives you nothing back. That is what it has always done.

Do not believe in a management that keeps promising and never delivers. All contracts won are none commercial.

This is a lifestyle company for a management that you pay for. Stop giving authority to issue shares. More placings to come. This company only exists on placings. It’s time to let it die. No profits better not let it continue. It’s a failed broken format. Forget new contract. They are all and always have been non-commercial. This is a charity that only takes and takes again. Look at the history. Shares go one way. DOWN.

Wha the point in winning contracts that are non commercial and make no money? The company makes money by making shares and that is it. AVOID.
