The problem that UKOG has now is the lower the share price, the more shares it has to issue. The more shares their are the more authority the company needs. You can bet your bottom dollar that as the shares fall through the nominal value a consolidation is necessary and or it cannot issue without gaining approval from the shareholders. Damn. This deadline can be extended, at the request of the target company and with the consent of the Panel. It can have many reasons to do so. Its usually granted and can be granted many times if there is mitigating circumstances. Its easy if the report is not in and Wood wants to keep talking they would agree and the Panel would wave it through. It is very likely in my opinion that talks will continue and an extension from the panel will be agreed.
