Rather than an extension its very possible that as the deadline approaches this could create an opportunity for another party to approach the management with alternative talks. This would spike the share price upwards. Then this would be very worrying for shorters making them reconsider their position. When I mentioned over the last two weeks the talks will be extended everyone dissed the idea.

When and if an extension is granted by the take-over panel its a good sign that a deal is very possible, but its just a matter of price. Good luck all. More time is needed.

It looks like there are still some who are willing to believe and not open their eyes. They hold on to the idea perhaps there is sone part of the tailings heap has more hidden gold. I am still predicting next week Sidara will seek permission from the Panel (and WG) for an extension to the talks. Many dismissed this outcome earlier this week. Lets see what happens next week.

Of course just before delisting, perhaps 2-3 days a share price will rise and those who are in the know build up their stake. They knew very well news on a delisting will drop the share price. This is where they will top up and in a private company they hold a larger stake in the company which really is a partnership. It happens to many companies that delist. Those companies that delist are usually as they realise the game is up and they can no longer issues shares. It suits some people who see how much as been spent then buy up the company on the cheap. Looks like the company has just one customer. Not sure why that customer places orders. Still they are not profitable and the company will probably never get a placing away again. The person who probably got these share pre-sold some time back. That is how AIM works. Yes it supposed to be illegal but it is done anyway. Administration bekons.
