On delivery of said RNS we should all view as very positive. Talks continuing is a very good sign that a deal can be done. If either party thought a deal was not possible talks would have ended by now. That they were not ended earlier and will be extended is a big bonus that a deal is possible. 50 - 60 pence share price on extension news.

Its all to play for. Be in it to win it.

The man gets an ego boost. Suggests everything is going lower, spending time warning people of the shares they buy. Eventually he must get some right by the law of average.

Oddly he does not short or benefits by the falls he predicts. Seems his only joy in life and gain is getting satisfaction that his predictions were correct then collect brownie points.

Yet oddly had he not had those views on WG that it was about to collapse he could have made 100% and more. Why turn down 100% gains and benefit with brownie points? To say I told you so? What is the point of that?

Of course I have often shafted a share and warned investors. But I do buy shares and takes risks. I do not spend all my time warning others and not benefiting from share price rises. The man is a tool. If he took a good look at himself he may even see it. Why the hell lose out on 100% rise? What the hell is the reason for these constant warnings he give when we all see egg on his face? He is the only one who does not see egg on his face.

Had sharebel not been so beguiled by his own thought, he could have made more than 100% in buying WG.

Oddly he was so concerned with sharehodlers losing and concentrating on warning others and suggesting it was better to sell, the poor man lost a chance to make huge returns.

Makes you wonder why a person posts here so much. Most posts of his is just warning people. Yet few if any positions actually taken that I have noticed.

Shame he was so convinced by his thoughts. Seem they are still influencing him. Shame and odd really that if he is right or was ever right he never actually gains from it. Just a bit of satisfaction that thought is brought to his face when he can justify his position at the end and then inform others that he told them so. Interesting life. Getting recognition and respect from people on chat boards. May be we all do it to some degree hey? LOL

To be seen as positive. And extension if granted is also a positive.

If Sadira were to walk away as the price that WG management would like is too high they would have done so already and not used up the 27 days already. Why leave for the last day to walk out? That talks continued was a good sign. WG would have pulled out some time back if the offer were so low. Talks continue signal a possible deal.

If an extension is requested and approved this is a big big positive. Both parties believe a deal is possible or why continue talks and request and extension?

Some concerns here about no offer as of yet is not a problem. Most certainly now an extension is coming. Sadira do not need to force WG to accept a deal. Just 28 days more will be very helpful for both parties and an extension should be seen by all Sharehodler as a big positive.

No need to worry about what Shareful is spouting that is if you were.

ALL GOOD AND ALL TO PLAY FOR. Any who listened to Sharebel thus far lost out on 100% rise. Do you think you could miss out on a further 100% rise or 200% rise?

Of course if sharebel is right and he has NOT been so far. The shares could fall 40% in the short term. Then if the talks do produce no offer for any reason the Company believes it can get better value long term and should not accept a low ball offer. In this case it is better no offer is accepted if it is too low and more value would come from carrying on.

Sadira would request an extension only if it believe it can convince the management this is the best offer. So any extension is seen as extremely positive.

Lets talk together "AFTER" the extension is granted by the take-over panel. Perhaps then we can then look more in depth at your "TEENS" prediction.

No need for Sadira to request an extension today as it has until Monday. So not late in the day at all. Plenty of time left. And on Monday we will see it has a further 28 days.

Of course Sadira can walk away and also WG and end talks and walk away at any time. It could have done so already. Yet it continues to talk. And it may continue to agree to a 28 day extension which is a positive.

Now tell me if things were so bad and such a poor offer is already so low that WG would reject it why continue talks?

Someone is convinced by his own thoughts he cannot seen anything else. His own thoughts convincing him on how right they are. LOL.

Just an opinion but someone his are more important and correct even though clearly those views has let him down again and again and again. Now with egg all over his face he is blinded that his thoughts are correct. What a tool

Sharebel. A bit of advice. I do not usually do this. It seems to me that your convinced by your own thoughts. I understand. We all have opinions. Nothing wrong with that. I have made predictions. Proved wrong and I am quick enough to out up my hands and admit. I have it wrong. Some times I admit I got things wrong. We all do. Sometimes I admit saying I do not Know. When I do not.

Not sure if you can see this, but you are convinced by your own thoughts. Look a bit harder and you will see, your own thoughts convince, how important they are. But they are just thoughts.

Now tell me if you can. Are you saying there will be no extension request made to the take-over panel for a further 28 days in accord with the take-over rules. Lets end this here.

Sadira is already no doubt putting in plans and is preparing to request an extension of 28 days to the take-over panel. Wood group would almost certainly agree to this proposal.

Any extension should be seen as very positive and grasp that as talks continue the likely hood of a deal becomes increasingly feasible. That talks continue is a positive for all shareholders. Both parties continuing in talks should boost the share price and makes a possible deal more likely.

Strong buy. An offer will come during the second 28 days. All to play for. Monday evening after hours extension RNS. The deadline is not technically a deadline. I thought people understood this.

The deadline will be extended. Plenty of time for an offer to be possible. 28 days extension is most likely now. Let’s see who is correct. Technically speaking there is not final deadline on Monday. It is easily waved and most likely will be.

How would someone know it is unlikely an offer will be made? The same person saying this said the shares would fall from 22 pence to the “TEENS” and the share price is 100% higher than his prediction. Lol. Need we listen to his later predictions when earlier ones were so way out?

Sharebel seems so worried for shareholder and or people losing money it looks like he is encouraging or hinting to others they should sell now. Kind of him.

Funny thing is, if anyone who listened to sharebel and his predictions has already lost out on 100% gains over just 2 weeks. Why would anyone take his advice now?

Who knows perhaps there maybe no offer by Monday. That is the risk people take, and we were told by the management there is no guarantee an offer will be made. That is true in all instances of talks and offers. Then the funny thing is, when Sharebel issues his “TEENS” prediction, he did so Prior to Sidara making its intention of talks to make an offer. Why did Sharebel if he sees anything not see that coming? Is there something else he does not see?

What is happening?

More than half of the trades are for the amount of less than £100.00. Many under £10.00. So nothing is happening that I can see. I think the next RNS could be curtains. Its not going to be able to raise money and no one believes they will get any money out of trading. They have never done it before. The only hope I see is if the management or those who run this will lend their own money for some convertible shares. Trouble with this is any significant amount of money would give them a controlling interest. Better for them to call in the administrators to protect their creditors. Then buy the assets of the administrators for cash. Taking ownership out of the hands of shareholders. There is in fact no value left for the shareholder. The creditors own this and can shut it down in an instant. They could sell the whole shebang to another company and wipe out investors. All proceeds going to to the creditors. Sorry guys things look dire. Surely this is going under?

Makes money not from crypto or hosting but from selling shares and placings. Looks like another is about to hit. More dilution coming and one has to wonder will it ever see the company through to monetisation? Just a downward spiral and looks to be going lower. If it fails to get funding it could be curtains.
