In respect to today's announcement - this specifically focuses on the know-how we now have following these studies, on the MOA of the P140 therapy - how it works and why it is unique as a therapy

The announcement on 9 January 2025 focused on accurate diagnostics and patient selection - so a broader understanding of P140 when associated with autoimmune diseases.

As far as I understand it Avion has the rights to use P140 for for treatment for Lupus. The name used for this is Lupuzor (TM) Of which it pays for research and human trials.

Now it seems that IMM can continue to promote P140 for so many other conditions of which today we learn has been proved. So who will want to finance these further trials?

One wonders if Avion will come back and want to purchase rights for the use of P140 for other conditions other than Lupus. It appears (and I am happy to be corrected)

Tim is now discussing with other Pharma than Avion for partnership. Seems that P140 is not just a one trick pony but has so many other routes to market with a possible cure to numerous health issues.

Unlike other drugs that weaken the body's defences, P140 allows a targeted immune response while remaining effective and safe.

I know this from personal experience. I am offered meds that are specifically made to suppress the immune system. So P140 works differently and this has to attract big pharma who have big pockets and will finance this through to trials. Of course paying a large cash payment in advance.

Looks like positive news is due. Anything close to £1.00 is good for me. Shorters better get out fast or they will not be able to get out.

Back a couple of years I read that P140-treated lupus mice, abnormalities affecting T and B cells are no longer detectable in secondary lymphoid tissue and peripheral blood. Data indicate that P140 acts by depleting hyper-activated autoreactive T and B cells and restores normal immune homeostasis. Our findings suggest that P140 belongs to a new family of non-immunosuppressive immunoregulators that do not correct T and B cell abnormalities but rather contribute to the clearance of deleterious T and B cells.

Today without to much details the above has been proven that P140 does NOT supress the immune system.

So P140 seems to clearance of deformed T and B cells, it does so without surprising the Immunesystem.

I have got those defected T cells and B cells. So far all that has been offered to me is treatment that suppresses the immune system.

I think this is novel. And it appears it has been proven? More news to come I guess. Lets see if Big Pharma is interested whom I believe have nothing like it. I am happy they can put me in a trial instead of mice.

Do they mean Avion or a different company here? Could be Avion but why would it have not stated it. I think Avion has its own licence. P140 as a platform is ours and is separate from Avion. All will be revealed.

Well done to guitarMusic for spotting it. If other miss it, that is there issue. To me todays news reveals they have proven efficacy. Of course maybe the FDA or other will agree and then grant licence on that proof.

I would be a willing participant on any trial stage. I am getting stuff that suppresses my immune system. Would be good to get treatment without attacking my own immune system. Looks novel to me and I do not see anything like it in the market. Nothing proven that is for sure.

I am not sure they are allowed to do so now. They have to make an offer first that accepted. Then if the share price is lower than their offer then they are permitted to buy. That is my understanding.

ImmuPharma "proves" unique Mechanism of Action-P140

I believe Big Pharma want to look more deeply into this proof. Was this unique mechanism "proved" previously?

Then again do there not need to be several trials to research this "PROOF". If this is proved, is this not massive? Most meds that I was offered interfere with my Immun system. In fact they are designed to SURPRESS the immune system where as P140 has been proved that it does not.

Pretty big if you ask me. Maybe someone wants in lower? Hopefully before P1409 is proved not to interfere with the IMMUNE system. Pretty novel. Just need big pharma want to pay and advance fee for a share in further research that "proves" P140 is a unique Mechanism of Action. LOL
