Your millions of shares will so turn to hundreds when they are consolidated. AVOID

Any thinking of buying these shares should by now know there is a placing coming. How else can it progress a Hydrogen Storage company? Its needs cash. Now where will that money come from? Not just from the next placing but the one after that and the next one, and there is still no guarantee it will make money out of hydrogen storage. Its all a ruse and the management do not care. They get their salaries paid.

BIG 10 BILLION TO 20 BILLION SHARE PLACING IS BEING PLANNED. avoid this outfit. Consolidation is also being planned. Buy here and lose half of your cash in an instant. The company is kept afloat by placings. A big one is coming.

This memorandum of understanding is totally meaningless and is without any value at all. Lets be brutally honest here. The company has always made its cash by PLACINGS. It needs more cash and it has to do another placing. So at what price? How many more shares?

We are talking a minimum of 10 billion shares. or maybe 20 billion. At around anywhere between 0.0025 - 0.0050. Which will not bring in enough cash and they will also need more placings.

GET OUT NOW WHILE YOU HAVE A CHANCE. For God sake do no buy any as you will lose more than half of your investment in an instant. AVOID.

I cannot believe that shareholder will be that daft to approve and give authority to the company to issue shares. To do so would mean you are voting to be wiped out. Turkeys voting for Christmas.

Any shareholder here will be wiped out in the next heavily discounted share placing. They are already planning to make a resolution in the next GM for authority to issue shares. This could be authority to issue between 10 - 20 billion. Then again as there are so many shares now they have to consolidate anyway.

The shareholders if they had sense would not give more authority to the company. The company should be wound up. This weak feeble attempt to keep the gravy train running for the management should be stopped. This hydrogen storage is a ruse. Do not be fooled. There is not money to make such a project other than placings. Does anyone want more placings? AVOID.

That the Government wants all the gas and the previous arrangements of export of gas is a big positive and should be seen as much. Sooner or later on sell down news the company should be able to get a value on this project and the value of its stake. This stake could be worth anything beteen 5 x its market cap or as much as x10.

Strong buy guys. Mako itself is many multiples the Market Cap. Thats without the Australian drill. Looks extremely under valued at this level.

The Issue Price in the last raise represented a of approximately 42 per cent to the Closing Price of 0.0175 pence per Ordinary Share on 20th February.

This should last another 2 months. Rather than wait for funds to have been spent they are now preparing for the next fundraise at a similar discount to selected mates who are no doubt now already forward selling that they then recoup at the discount rate of approximately 0.005 or as low as 0.00025.

This will be their last fundraise. I expect between 15 - 20 billion shares would be needed. Even then that raise will not last long and they will be back with the begging bowl again as the company is miles away from monetisation. THIS IS HEAING TO ADMINISTRATION. Forget the nonsense of Hydrogen storage. How are these works to be funded? Do you want to be wiped out again? AVOID THIS COMPANY. If you get a chance to vote you must vote NO. Obviously. As when they issued these number of shares they have also to do a consolidation. You know what that means. THIS COMPANY IS FINISHED. When it cannot raise it will delist in one form of the other. Cash is fast disappearing. The begging bowl is already being organised and prepared Beware of supposed good news that allows forward selling.

The company must be burning through cash. Wait for the GM requesting more authority to issue shares. As the price has fallen so much surely it has to consolidate its shares? Then who here would honestly vote yes? It is a vote to be wiped out. I predict that it is possible the shareholders will vote not this time and the company is then wound up.

It will certainly need a placing soon. Perhaps it can sell Horsehill the Gatwick Gusher. Is that even worth anything now with a Labour Government that is anti Oil?

The companies prospects look dire. Do not believe this nonsense about Hydrogen storage. Yes the theory is there but there is no cash to establish it. PLACING IS COMING AT THE 0.0025p region. AVOID.
