Anyone in here may still the company is now cheap. The thing, is the company must now issue billion and billions of shares. But at what price and how much money will it actually raise? It’s the end of the line. These people are trying to string it out as long as they can. It was their fiduciary to admit to the shareholders thar any raise why wipe out any shareholder remaining and doing such a placing would be unfair for holders and value destroying but no. They have the cheek to ask for more permission to issue shares. Send off your proxy’s and VOTE no. This way you will force the company to suspend its shares and its listing. What do you have to lose when financially you have already lost all of the value that you once held? This is the end of the road. Many a company end this way. If they cannot issue more shares they suspend their listing and go private. In this case it’s administration. It will come anyway.

The company has worked a bit of magic in South Africa Play.

“Sidara has until March 24, 2025, to make a firm bid for John Wood”.

Sidara with the approval of the board can request an extension from the take-over panel for an extension. So technically Sidara does NOT have to put up and or shut up by March 28th. In fact it is looking like Sadira will do just that. Probably waiting to get the Deloitte review. So it can get another 28 days and if necessary another 28 days after that with the same agreements. So Sidara does NOT bid by 28th March as you state.

Have you all forgotten, the share price was 22.0p and Sharebel said the shares were going lower and would drop the “TEENS”.

Did that mean 19 pence or 13 pence or somewhere in between?

If the share price is now 42 pence should Sharebel now not be holding up his hands admitting he got it wrong. Is the share price now more than UP 100% than his prediction?

Its surprising how the man has no shame and can still turn up, show his face then continue to plug his predicting skills. Lol

We know the risks. I am already up big money, no thanks to him.

Buy in now and possibly lose it all. I cannot see them raising funds to pay off loans. Banks will call in the loans and the management have not choice but suspend the shares and the administrators to protect the creditors. Shareholders will get nothing. Assets sold to repay bank loans. Very risky.

I do not think Sidara would want to jump into a deal until after the Deloitte report is concluded. Unless they are able to get a glimpse of that report before the rest of us. Its possible that Deloitte has a draft already and Sidara can be perusing that as we speak. Unless the report by Deloitte has not been completed and that would certainly be grounds for an extension that the Panel would not refuse or would Wood Group. I think an extension is now most likely. Not good for shorter`s. The longer the talk the more likely a deal. A shorter would have preferred parties to have walked by now. That it is dragging on is a good sign that parties are close to doing a deal and accepting an offer. An extension means that both parties require more time to work out a fair valuation. I see an extension as a positive. Another 28 days of anxious wait though. Eventfully should come. There could even be a second or third extension. Haha.

POSITIVE SIGN

That no party has walked away up to now can be seen as a very good sign. Wood group could have walked if the amount of money was not enough and Sidara would have walked already had Wood not been open and willing to talk. If a final price has not been agreed we can expect either an extension request to be announced Friday or Monday morning sometime. Not a bad sign. An extension could also be seen as a positive that both parties continue talks. On an extension it is more likely a deal is being planned actually. Had both parties been far apart they would announce an end of talks already and before Monday 24th.

The company will sell more shares, to raise more cash. On and on it goes. Looks like fruitflow is a novel product but just not commercial. The company has to buy its own product from a producer and then sell shares to get the cash for the purchase, and then sells the product at a lose. Yes the product may work but it all hangs on the Chinese buying a licence. Nothing stopping the Chinese of selling this product and calling it something else. They are not going to protect any IP or Patents. Nothing much left here when the Chinese move on.

This company is a CHARITY. It will take and take and take and give no return. Plans will be put in place shortly for another placing. As we all know this company does not make money from contracts. It makes money from selling shares. The company has a history of contracts. Those contracts are always non commerical and do not cover salaries of the workers involved in such contract. AVOID.

No need for me to post more. I have revealed my views on PYC for the last 10 years or more and have been proved correct.

Now would be a good time for a new party to gate-crash the party and enter into discussion talks. That would send the shares up fast. Shares would then go higher as Shorters would be forced to close and buy at an inflated price.

Still a new party can also enter the fray “AFTER” an offer is made by Sidara. All to play for here this week. That both parties are talking is a good sign. Neither have walked away. Then there is always the extension option. Any extension should also be seen as a positive as talks continue it means WG is open and Sadira wants to progress. All looking rosy atm. More rises to come.,

Sanderson must be desperate to get the share price up. The lower the share price the more shares he has to issue. And we know he has no other choice to issue shares. Income comes from issuing shares and a big issue is due.

These AIM companies often arrange or produce and construct positive news just prior to a placing and we can see signs of this usual practice here again today. Throw around high numbers and hope to hell the gullible fall for it and sign up foe the next coming placing.

It could be possible the a places is now unloading shares prior to getting the same at a lower discounted price, in incoming “PLACING”.

Do not buy into this nonsense of potential values. The whole project needs financing. Even if it is found UKOG will need its own cash for working capital and to pay the wages of Sanderson.

AVOID AND VOTE NO ON THE RESOLUTION FOR AUTHORITY TO ISSUE SHARES. Placing is coming and will have big discount.

Sanderson is going to push these numbers around as much as he can.

The trouble is this company only make money by selling shares and shortly it will issue more shares. Sanderson now is all out to gloss things over or point out the realities that the company needs more authority to issue shares. He will shortly be asking shareholders to vote to give authority to issue shares. Ignore this report and keep your attention of special resolution for authority to issue share in the GM.

Consolidation and Share placing to come. Watch out for any forward selling on any possible rise. A deal could already have been arranged for placing shares yet to be issued maybe dumped by those who get the heavily discounted placing shares.

Laura 2020 will no doubt push this as transformational. Credit to the company this time for revealing the income on this occasion for this contract, it usually omits the amount. It must be pleased with this amount. Trouble is it is for 6 months work by a number of technicians. Buy the time the company pays those salaries for those workers little if anything is left.

Give it a few months and there will be another placing here as the company has fallen short again.

Ignore the contacts as they are NON-PROFITABLE, the company makes money from issuing shares only. On the next placing the shares will be half or less than what they are now. Avoid as usual.
