Not sure in this case but its possible if they hold some preferred shares and I do not know if they do or that WG issued any that could be a reason as Preferred shares may not have voting rights even they they sound better than ordinary shares. Its funny preferred shares have superior rights over ordinary shares when a company go bust. They get preference. Yet not votes. Hope that helps.

If we are offered 75 pence I will be up 200% not a bad return for such a short time. Feel for those long term investors. I could not see why this would fall 80% in a day. Now those who sold are locked out. What a shame. For every lose there is a winner. How can you win without being in it?
