I feel the same ... he has said that the stock market experience has "sucked from start to - finish" and the ONLY option available to him to stay in charge of his "baby" is a MBO. I feel the chances of a MBO have dropped a lot recently as he seems to be trying to fight the system from inside it and the SP is showing the result of that. He MUST realise now he is never going to get a fair shake on the market ??!!??

But Kelso have zero power ... they hold way less than 1%. IF they were clever they would have asked larger PIs to join them and grow the % to at least 10% before pushing for anything. MM can just ignore them as they have zero leverage.

We are due another LinkedIn post ... or will MM stop posting as his last post rightly received a lot of flak of PIs tired of his 'crusade' while the share price is 60% less than a value that materially undervalued the company well over a year ago ?

The part about the sale of ICON is true ... everything else as you say is speculation.

I really have started to believe that MM was thinking he could fight the system from within and come out the winner but all he ends up doing is adding fuel to the fire for those who say he isn't fit to be a CEO.

I almost fell off my chair the last time I was looking on MM's LinkedIn when I was going in to look at replies to his latest post. He has this sentence for his "About" section on his LinkedIn Page

I really do hope he has seen now that the only way out for him to keep his baby is an MBO as things could get very messy if it drags on too long. He can't keep saying that bids undervalue THG and then 12 - 18 months later the SP still being way under that bar.

It's funny. You accuse one thing of a group of people then do the exact same thing with the following sentence.

You must have your head buried in the sand wearing Fred Flinstone's clothes too if you think Kelso have ANY power to do ANYTHING. They own way less than 1%.

I do feel he has only mentioned the bids/offers that suited him at the time especially the Apollo bid after those results weren't great. Not easy being a THG holder and right now its head down time until the next bid news or % sale of nutrition.
