So are you accusing THG Board of lying in an RNS ? Just want to make sure of what you are saying.

Soloman, what glory is he basking in ? I think he pushed the "UK markets are corrupt" a few too many times while THG keeps dropping uninspiring results (if they were that good they wouldn't need to be added to in a LinkedIn post on the day - why not add that info to the results ??)

More and more investors are close to the straw breaking their back and in return for our loyalty we are seen as "fast money" and not being kept in the loop (as far as offers etc. are concerned).

He needs to sort out a MBO. Take THG out of the market he hates so much and gives the LTHers (especially the ones who have averaged down) a half decent ending to the hammering they have taken as this current alternative is no fun for anyone other than the shorters and traders.

Max, if you are not going to trade much - and I wouldn't (rather put larger trades than lots of small ones which the charges would dilute more) - I would, and do, use HL.co.uk

They are not the best at getting a good price when an SP is fluctuating but other than buying charges the rest is low.

Incorrect and I am unsure of where people get these ideas from, or even try and make assumptions, when the facts are in the public domain. MM said that the 65% were "happy with the price" from the improved Apollo bid but not the governance.

So what you have said is not correct. It's the governance issue to get the bid over the line and NOT the price for an offer to be accepted and the "fast money" 35% to make a very large profit.

Are you part of the 65% ? If no then you have zero idea if another third party makes an offer. It sucks the playing field isn't level but thats life/THG.

B1nky dear, there are bids all the time but the chance of us hearing about them are low and much lower on a price.

I am not surprised there are rumours based on what MM has been saying especially this year but I wait with patience to see if anything comes of any of them. If not then I am more than OK to be in the long haul.

It is expected that admission will become effective on 25 September 2023."

They may have suspended trading while sorting out the extra share issue. Some companies are instant with changes where as others can take time and HSBC has never been quick (which is why I moved from them years ago).

Give them a call but it may be frozen today until they can sort out the issuing and then resume trading once sorted. Call them to find out when they can be traded again.

The results were hardly stunning but this has been bid driven rather than results driven for some time now, and after dropping his GS three months ago, probability has it that we should get more bid news soon (just hope us plebs know more about it than the other times)

B1nky, good job it isn't based on what you think then. 120p ? Oh dear, 170p was turned down by the 65% and we are closer to profit than at that point. If that is all you have to say you aren't worth listening to IMHO
