Following qubes every move is completely meaningless

It seems strange to be making acquisitions when one of the supposed problems is that THG is too complex with it's three divisions to be valued correctly. But I suppose a bargain is a bargain and as we are in the position to do so then it all adds to the picture going forward into the new year.

ProxLDM ... I really can't believe someone would ask that when the answer is right in front of them. 2 years ? Try 4 months .. the SP went above £1 in July with no MBO news. It rose from sub 60p in May after MM terminated talks with Apollo to 108p in July.

TrainTracks ... I used to think that as it seemed the only obvious outcome but MM seems to think he can carry on and rant his way out of it where the market will go "Oh yes Matt , you are right ... let's change the market cap of THG immediately"

Yorek, he wants to sell yet maintain control. A bit like selling a car yet still retaining the rights to drive it whenever you like.

Having said that it is a sliding scale and the higher the bid the more likely you are to breakdown the 65% holdings ... thing is, the buyer would still want value and would it still be there at a price to get enough of the 65% to swing your way.

I am not counting the 35% as it is "fast money" and a large % of it would be happy with £2.50.

Just thinking about that ... THG dropped below £1 two months ago so won't be much different to current

They gibber away jumping to quick conclusions and talking a lot of waffle but in the end their opinion only travels as far as the two of them so it is all good :)

2 - Why do you hate to say it ?

3 - Why do you think it is THG related rise ?

4 - Have you looked at BOO and ASC and compared the intraday chart to THG ?

I hope something is coming but the rise today was based more on market outlook rather than a THG rise as mentioned by others on other threads,
