Exactly - for months many have said ... you won't get an offer more than 100% of the current price, doesn't happen etc. etc. Well guess what ... it does !!

The only difference here is that MM wants too much control so will block most/all offers before we know anything about them

I agree but just seems to be a little greater with this share given MM's relationship, or lack thereof, with the stock market.

It always amuses me the way the chat goes with the SP. With the SP over £1 all the naysayers were quiet and now with the drop they all pile on to give us their knowledge and to say everyone with a view different to theirs is wrong. As soon as the SP rises they quickly disappear :)

The boards have quite a few people like you and rather than a level headed view, can be positive or negative, they just come across as unbalanced IMHO

I've held all the way down to low 30's and I certainly don't intend to sell out now.

Those were fun times .... it was like sliding down a razor blade using your balls for brakes. Having gone through that the sharp drops higher up are much easier to ride but it does suck being a THG LTR at times.

The fact that MM felt threatened enough to buy a stake in Kelso also speaks volumes.

The offer from Apollo was more than £2 a share but blocked by MM as will every other bid. The issue is I can't see a company putting a price forward high enough to get larger shareholders on side to accept the price and also allow them to get a good deal.

So I do not believe this will be an option based on the mechanics involved.

Not even close to the action before the Apollo bid was announced so it has nothing to do with rumours. It rose up to almost 90p the week before Christmas before it was walked down and today was the the start of the rectification of that walking down.

£50k 'dilution' in a current market cap of £1.1b is frustrating ?
