It's to do with his share of the business being diluted and NOTHING to do with the value plummeting in the last few years !!

OSG ... I feel Kelso have been castrated by way of Matt buying up shares in Kelso and building to 10% to stop any chance of anything happening. AIMHO

But he isn't pushed into a corner. He calls the 35% "fast money" and the 65% support means he is just as safe as he has been for a long while so I don't really understand your statement.

Even the Kelso tapping up part of the 65% has been dealt with.

How does the saying go ? The market can stay irrational longer than you can stay solvent ... or something along those lines

No idea the price of the two Apollo offers last year.

How many companies have turned down an offer as it hugely undervalues the company only to be sat at 33% of that "undervaluation" 18 months later ?

He seems to feel he is David fighting Goliath but he really needs to follow his own LinkedIn advice. And that video was just weird ... you can do that crap AFTER you emerge victorious but while the phoenix is still very much in the bonfire.

I really hope he has things lined up otherwise he is a pretty damaged individual IMHO Did THG just spend £15m on splitting divisions without any serious intent to actually do it and just to try and keep people quiet while MM gets the price higher with THG as it is ?

Why has MM increased stake ? You would know the answer if you can see what shareholders can do at certain percentages. I feel he is aiming for 10%

Isn't that obvious??? No one knew what was going to happen or how bad !! E-commerce then did well as people had a lot more free time and couldn't go out to spend it.

They do that with automation not humans ...if they got rid of the automation and used all humans and costs would spiral and you would be even more unhappy, Some people are never pleased !!

One of the most stupid lines I have ever seen on a thread in over 20 years.

All it will take is one party to pay a certain amount for a % of a division and suddenly value will be added well over 150p. Rock used to just be a griping waste of air but now he is clearly deluded IMHO

Not bloody obvious ? I have seen all the theories of how Kelso was sat down and told "Everything will be alright" and now they are happy to wait.

Kelso don't own 10% ... they don't even own 1% .. they own HALF of one percent. They have no power at all and MM only did the pac man defence when Kelso started talking to the larger holders as that is where the leverage is.

And if you don't think that MM owning 6% has made any difference to Kelso, and are happy to believe the theory above, then carry on with your head in the sand :)
