A few points to clarify based on the latest RNS and company updates:

NTVO has completed the surface works at Bonanza and the mine access platform is secured. The vertical access rehabilitation is now underway. There’s no official confirmation that the shaft work will push mining to June — much depends on how quickly the rehabilitation progresses.

Laboratory results are still being processed. While there’s a backlog, NTVO has clearly stated that small-scale mining can begin at existing faces even before the final geological model is complete. So the start of mining is not solely dependent on all assay results being in.

Contractor mobilisation is scheduled for early January according to the RNS.

Overall, NTVO is steadily progressing on multiple fronts: surface works, underground prep, sampling, and contractor selection. This is positive for shareholders, and the timeline could be sooner than June if no major issues arise.

It’s good to keep perspective. There are always challenges, but the company is actively moving things forward.

I will add more once i get my funds today or tomorrow. I'm looking to increase my holding by 50%.

You’re mixing two different issues.

1. Gold prices didn’t affect sampling — they affected the lab backlog.

When NTVO said everything was on track, Certimin had given them a delivery window. Then gold hit record levels again, triggering a surge in assay submissions across Peru. Multiple miners have reported the same delays. That’s an industry-wide lab issue, not NTVO “making excuses.”

2. The guidance was about the geological report, not the assays themselves.

Assays still come in "batches"!!! Nothing in today’s RNS said we’re waiting until February for results — only the final geological interpretation moves to February. That’s a totally different milestone.

3. Calling them “charlatans” doesn’t match the facts.

If they wanted to hide bad news, they wouldn’t have explained the lab situation or adjusted timelines openly. And there’s zero indication assays are worse — we simply haven’t seen them yet because the lab is overloaded.

You’re free to be bearish, but some of your claims don’t align with how assay labs, exploration timelines, or mining companies actually work.

NTVO may receive (and RNS) results before February, but the full interpretation report comes in Feb. So you can expect:

Assay results: January (possibly late December if lab clears backlog)

Final geological model: February

Mining restart: Early 2026 (unchanged)

NTVO continues to make huge progress. The issues mentioned are not company-specific at all — they’re sector-wide pressures driven by record gold prices and high demand for mining services.

Very solid update from NTVO this morning.

Underground access now OPEN – the team is physically inside Bonanza and sampling underground veins.

Mining contractor to be appointed next week – mobilisation in early January.

Mining still scheduled to start early 2026 – unchanged.

Lab delays are Peru-wide due to high gold prices and heavy sector demand, not NTVO.

Contractor will begin mining existing developed blocks while geological modelling finishes.

New veins (Zona Central & Zona Este) continue to show strong potential.

The only delay today is reporting, not mining. If anything, NTVO is moving faster than many small-cap miners.

The price began moving up on 24th November on exceptionally high volume — the kind of activity that often signals the market is starting to re-evaluate the valuation. Whether it’s anticipation of major news or simply a recognition that the company is undervalued, the shift in sentiment is clear.

I would like to see the CEO come out with clear, strong statements on funding and an update on where the key assets stand in terms of licensing/grant.

I’m expecting a strong move soon, and in my view we could be heading into the 0.8p–1.2p range. That’s just my opinion, of course.

The price action looks very bullish — we moved up on strong volume, and it’s clear a major buyer or buyers are building a position.

I’m not certain what’s behind it, but something is happening. Maybe it’s a takeover, maybe it’s something else, but you don’t see this level of interest without a reason.

Thanks for taking the time to lay all that out. I’ve looked at the same concerns, and I’m not ignoring them.

Where we differ is in how we judge the upside. CLX has had years of inhouse development, and with our own lab, it would be foolish not to be running in-house tests and getting it ready for a deal. The CEO putting significant personal money in isn’t something I take lightly, He clearly sees a path forward, and I’m backing that conviction.

All good here, hope you’re well.

I get your point about funding — raises are part of the reality with small biotechs. But when I look at the level of commitment this CEO has shown with his own investment, I strongly feel he wouldn’t be doing that unless he believed he could secure a deal. He can’t sell any shares, so he’s effectively on a one-way road. Without meaningful news, it wouldn’t make sense to commit that much cash unless he was confident he could turn this around.

A move to 0.45p is possible short term, and with such a small market cap, any positive news could have an outsized impact. I’m holding to see whether a deal gets done.

You once called many of the investors here your friends. Yes, things didn’t go as planned and we all lost money — even the professor. But to come here and post fear-mongering messages to scare investors isn’t fair. You have every right to be upset, but direct that frustration at the previous management, not at those of us who lost money alongside you. I still think you’re a decent guy, which is why your posts are not what I would have expected. I hope you understand my point.
