Shareholder Communication & Feedback20 Dec 2025 11:35

I have raised your concerns directly with management and want to assure you that I am not ignoring your feedback.
I believe the communication challenges we’ve experienced are partly due to practical logistics. The Board operates from the UK, thousands of miles from the mine, which can sometimes lead to delays in information flow and a less immediate understanding of on-site developments. This distance inevitably creates reliance on intermediaries, which can slow responses, especially in areas like recruitment or contractor follow-ups where quick clarification may be needed.
That said, if the Board is serious about building shareholder confidence, these communication gaps do need to be addressed. To be fair, the Board has been extremely helpful overall, and I sincerely hope they take this feedback on board and ensure it's acted upon.
Having spoken to them directly, I also better appreciate how certain processes can take longer than initially expected, particularly under these remote conditions. I share your disappointment with delays, but I’m hopeful that clearer processes can be established moving forward.
Here is a copy of what I wrote to them; I have yet to receive a formal response yet:

I’d like to offer one constructive point on communication. Shareholders naturally look to the Board for guidance and confidence. When specific timelines are shared—such as for sample results or contractor appointments—and then pass without an update, it can unintentionally create disappointment and erode trust. Even a brief follow-up explaining a delay is highly reassuring. If timing is uncertain, it may be better to avoid precise dates altogether, as consistency in communication builds long-term trust.
This erosion of confidence isn't merely about sentiment; it also fuels criticism on forums like LSE, which can negatively affect broader perception and, ultimately, the share price.
