But you’re still mixing up two separate things:

What was actually produced/sold (operational reality)

How it appears in the consolidated accounts (accounting presentation)

The £44k figure in the accounts is the group figure shown under IFRS consolidation, and the split between parties is reflected through non-controlling interest, not by halving the revenue line.

So yes, if someone said “£44k is definitely NTVO’s half” in a literal sense, that’s not the right way to describe it.

However… the bigger point remains:

That early shipment was tiny-scale, pre-restart, and not representative of what the company is aiming for now! It was never meant to be the "end goal". It was just proof of concept!!

What matters now is mining restart + sustained throughput + payable terms + margins, not debating a small historical batch from the early JV days.

If Bonanza restarts properly in 2026, the £44k becomes irrelevant noise. The rerate comes from production scale and cashflow visibility.

I can see what you’re trying to do. Leaning on technical IFRS language to undermine confidence in NTVO but it doesn’t change the substance.

Yes, the 2024 accounts were consolidated under IFRS 10 because the auditors concluded Boku met the control criteria. That’s standard accounting treatment. Fine.

However, consolidation does not mean NTVO owned 100% of the economics. It simply means Boku’s revenues and costs are included in the group accounts, with the portion not attributable to NTVO correctly shown as a non-controlling interest (NCI). That’s textbook IFRS!!

So let’s separate two things:

IFRS consolidation = how results are presented in group accounts

Cash, ownership, and profit share = what NTVO actually receives economically

On the ore shipments, the RNS was clear, 42.973 tonnes sold, with 10 tonnes specifically from Bonanza block 1, and those tonnes delivered "very high" grades. That demonstrated Bonanza’s ability to produce "high-grade ore" when selectively mined, which was the point of that update.

IFRS 10 isn’t the “gotcha” you think it is. The market isn’t focused on historical accounting format. The real value drivers now are:

mining restart

contractor appointment

sustainable tonnes per day

grades and margins

processing route

That’s what will move the share price not re-litigating old accounts.

I’m thinking the Board only landed Monday/Tuesday. With the 5-hour time difference, they’ll have had a bit of jet lag too, so expecting an RNS immediately just isn’t realistic.

Now they’ve had 4–5 days on the ground, they’ll be in a much better position to make the right calls. The first few days are usually about settling in, meeting the key people, seeing the real situation on site, and having back-to-back briefings with contractors, the local team, and any other moving parts.

My view is this week has been about laying the groundwork, and next week is when things start getting signed off and finalised.

If you want to do this properly, you don’t rush this part. You make sure everyone is aligned, the plan is clear, and there are no avoidable delays later on.

Honestly, I see it as a positive that contractor selection is being handled carefully. These people are critical to our success. They’re the ones who will be pulling the gold/silver out of the ground.

Also worth remembering the Board has military-style operational experience, and that matters right now. Execution, discipline and logistics are everything at this stage and I genuinely feel we’re in good hands here.

I get the frustration. Everyone wants the next RNS, especially after the recent momentum.

Personally, I think the Board being in Peru means they’re deep into back-to-back meetings: contractors, the mine team, logistics, timelines, and finalising the next steps. There’s a lot to coordinate and only a short window to get the key work done.

And if this was just a “photo shoot”, we’d probably be seeing constant posts on X. The fact it’s gone "quieter" is actually reassuring!! it suggests to me that they’re focused on execution, not hype.

They may use the weekend to review progress and update early next week, or they may stay fully focused on site and report once they’re back.

Either way, timing is hard to predict but I’m comfortable holding with gold at all-time highs and NTVO close to the explorer → producer transition.

Fair comment to be honest. Frustration is understandable. Management needs to be more careful with what they say publicly.

I’m just connecting the dots and, with the BOD now on the ground in Peru, I’d expect progress to accelerate. Personally, I’d like to see more regular updates because that’s what keeps momentum building and helps it carry through 1p and beyond.

That said, I’m focused on the only milestones that really matter now:

Contractor formally appointed + mobilisation

Confirmed mining restart date / first ore movement

Underground assays + mine plan finalised

Processing plant progress

And yes, these dips can actually be an opportunity if you’re confident they deliver. It really comes down to how risk-averse you are. Personally, I like the price below 0.5p. Sometimes short delays are just opportunities in disguise.

And I genuinely think we’re very close now to start mining. Every day without an RNS is one day closer to it.

The book looks very thin above, with offers stacked like:

0.48 → 0.50 → 0.52 → 0.55 → 0.60

If buying pressure continues, this could move up quickly.

This latest post is a strong sign too. It shows NTVO’s operations director (Jorge Pinedo) and the Qualified Person geologist (Harold Villena) are actively reviewing the sampling data and finalising mine planning from the Lima office ahead of mining recommencing.

In simple terms: the technical team is aligned, the plan is being finalised, and the restart is moving from “prep” into execution.

We all know an RNS is coming. The only question is "WHEN"… this week or next?

The positive for me is the BOD are on the ground in Peru, which means decisions can be made fast and updates can follow quicker too.

They’ll likely be in back-to-back meetings finalising the key milestones. Contractor sign-off could literally be happening as we speak, mining start timelines being locked in, and plant progress moving forward.

My bet? We get a meaningful RNS very soon, within the "next 5 days".

I agree, everyone’s position size and risk tolerance is different.

But for me, it’s not about what I’d “lose” selling at 0.46p… it’s about what I’d potentially miss by being out of the stock right before the key catalysts land.

If you believe mining restart + contractor mobilisation + assays + plant progress are genuinely close, then the risk/reward is "SKEWED" to staying positioned. If you don’t believe it, then of course you sell and move on.

Simple as that.

We’ve got multiple material updates due in the coming days/weeks, and selling now just to chase a quick 10–30% elsewhere makes zero sense to me when NTVO has genuine >100% upside potential if the next milestones land.

And don’t forget… we still don’t fully know the silver upside here. One meaningful silver update could completely shift the narrative. If they confirm strong silver potential, I’d happily add another 25% to my holding even above 0.5p.

Well, i had to add again today!!!

I added 4 times yesterday and twice today! lol!!

TR-1 just confirmed YA II PN have gone from 9.72% to 0%!! They’ve fully exited their equity holding.

This is VERY bullish in my view because it removes a major “seller overhang” and all the constant dilution/FUD noise that comes with it.

The key point is they sold into rising volume and the market absorbed it without collapsing — that’s a strong sign real demand is here. And when demand is real… price goes UP.

Now the register is cleaner and focus shifts back to what matters: contractor confirmation + mining restart + cashflow = re-rate. LG!!!

Facts and logic are what matter, I agree.

But warning people is one thing… repeating the same negative narrative every day is another. At some point it stops being “risk awareness” and becomes bias.

Mining projects do slip, especially in Peru with access, rehab, contractor mobilisation and sampling programmes. That doesn’t automatically mean it won’t happen.

Also, the share price “might be 1p if mining started in March 2025” is "pure speculation". Gold is at a completely different level now, and the company has progressed materially since then (rehab, QA/QC, surface trench assays, underground sampling etc).

I’m not venting anger. I’m invested because I’ve done my homework and I’m focused on what matters now: contractor appointment + mobilisation + mining restart + cash flow!!!

That’s the catalyst. If it happens, the market re-rates.

This time we’ve had fresh surface trench assays confirming economic grades (up to 19.5 g/t and ~10 g/t representative), underground rehab/QA work signed off, and contractor mobilisation is the final missing piece. That’s a lot closer to production than just talk!!

Yes, Peru trips cost money and salaries/taxes don’t stop — totally true. That’s exactly why mining restart matters so much now, because once cash flow starts, the funding pressure reduces massively.

On the TR-1s / “big players jumping ship” — big holders taking profit or reducing risk doesn’t automatically mean the story is dead. Institutions/HNW often bank 30–60% gains and rotate. That’s normal.

The market doesn’t need perfection. It needs confirmation mining is restarting (contractor signed + equipment moving + ore out). When that lands, sentiment changes fast.

But calling it “smoke and mirrors” ignores what’s actually been completed and what’s now logically next.

They’ve now:

completed underground inspections + rehab/QA checks

upgraded camp facilities (accommodation + sanitation) to support a full workforce

delivered surface trench results confirming economic grades (up to 19.5 g/t, with a ~10 g/t representative average)

taken underground samples from galleries/shafts (assays pending)

stated mining contractor negotiations are at an advanced stage

That’s not hype — that’s the real checklist you work through before restart.

And yes, photos don’t move ore… contractors + mobilisation do. That’s exactly why the next key update is "contractor appointment" + "mining restart" confirmation.

As for “reiterating data from a decade ago” — the point of the RNS was that new sampling validates historic grades, which de-risks the restart plan. That does matter, because it supports mine planning and "confidence" going into production.

The market won’t wait for first gold sales. It will re-rate when it believes restart is real: contract signed, kit moving, teams on site.
