Do you have any real on-the-ground mining experience?

Planning is one thing, but deadlines are always contingent on real-world factors — weather, road access, shaft rehab, sampling, and logistics. Its not possible to give dates unless you have significant funding and resources in place.

For me the big news from today’s presentation was that the Board confirmed we should see trenching & sampling results in just 10 days! 🔥🔥🔥

This is a key step — the data will define ore grades, validate the five new ore shoots, and bring us closer to production.

I’ve invested in NTVO and believe the management will deliver. If the board does what they say in these RNS, we’ll be fine — and their actions over the last few months have been very positive. I post here to share updates, but ultimately, I’m also dependent on the board delivering!

Most of the time I’m forced to post because people like AIM don’t tell the full story and try to create fear. Many investors don’t read the RNSs carefully and can be misled, so I feel it’s important to clarify and provide accurate information. I’ll keep posting when there’s news or developments. I stronly feel there’s definitely a lot of potential here.

The 73,000 ounces refers to Nativo’s internal estimate of gold at surface/near-surface levels. The company later updated its internal estimate to ~213,000 oz, and recent trenching results are being sent to the lab, which should provide a clearer picture soon. The $770m figure is not from any public company document. Where did you get this from?

The value of gold naturally moves with the market. Just 18 months ago, it was around $2,000/oz and now it’s near $4,000/oz. Prices will continue to fluctuate in the days, weeks, and months ahead, and as a result, the net value of NTVO’s assets will also vary, which explains the share price movements.

The internal resource estimate for the Tesoro Gold Concession (originally announced on 1 July 2024) has been increased to approximately 213,000 ounces of contained gold (previously 73,000 ounces), with 51,000 ounces being attributed to the Bonanza and Morrocota mines alone.

I always do my homework, but you should always do your own research. I’m invested in this stock, and these posts reflect my personal views based on what I’ve read in RNS announcements and investor presentations.

While AIM doesn’t always show the full picture, NTVO is actually in a solid position. They may not generate revenue before GOPP, but with the recent raises, CLN conversions, and Spartan converting £100k twice this month, they’re fully funded to complete all exploration. With trenching and assay results due in the next few days/weeks, any strong results should attract new buyers and increased volume, which can help clear any overhang naturally.

AIM — every post from you is the same fear-mongering angle. It’s repetitive now!! You never acknowledge any of the positives, no matter how clear they are. At some point it looks less like analysis and more like trying to create doubt on every update.

Yes, the 20% premium was agreed months ago — that part is correct. But you’re missing the point people are highlighting:

Spartan didn’t have to convert now.

They could’ve sat on the CLN until 2028.

The fact they chose to convert today, at this stage of NTVO’s progress, shows they’d rather hold equity going into the trenching results, sampling assays, shaft re-entry and GOPP milestones — instead of staying in debt.

So yes, the premium is fixed… but the timing of the conversion is not.

That timing speaks volumes.⭐⭐⭐

Positives from today’s Spartan conversion:

• Debt reduced again — CLN falls from £505k → £405k. Less debt = less overhang.

• Converted at a premium — £0.00438, not a discount. That’s a strong signal.

• Shows confidence — Spartan didn’t need to convert until 2028. Converting early strongly suggests they expect the share price to move higher.⭐

• Lower future dilution — smaller CLN + lower interest burden going forward.

Based on the latest RNS for the La Patona Gold Ore Processing Plant (GOPP):

Phase 1:

Plant construction underway, civil works starting late Nov 2025

Equipment procured, delivery schedules agreed

Ore processing expected Q2 2026

Output: 1.48–1.67 kg gold/day

So Phase 1 output at $4,000/oz would be roughly £150k–£170k per day.

Everything I’ve posted comes directly from the RNS — trenching done, samples sent, shaft rehab advancing, GOPP design complete, equipment suppliers selected, five new ore shoots confirmed. These are facts, not fantasy!!

I’m not inventing numbers — just highlighting the company’s real potential. Short-term growth over the next 6 months could be significant.

(AIM- From US$44,000 → potentially $40–100 million in revenue once production restarts. That’s a massive multiplier on current revenue — more than 1,000× in the best-case scenario). So x30 is incorrect if you look at the facts.

AIM — we can’t calculate exact cash flow until trenching & sampling results land. That’s why the company is doing the work.

But here’s what we can say with confidence:

Historically high grades

Five new ore shoots just confirmed

Shaft rehab nearly finished

Small-scale mining able to restart before GOPP

GOPP Phase 1 & 2 will turn NTVO into a proper producer⭐

Early mining may not cover every expense, but it reduces cash burn massively, and the real re-rating happens once results come in.

And let’s be honest — the company is now moving faster than at any point in its history! We're getting RNS after RNS almost every week. That’s real progress, not talk. Come on, AIM!!!

Maybe it’s time to be a bit bullish and give them some credit — otherwise you risk looking like you’re stuck in an old narrative while the company has moved on.

Nativo has finished the full design for the La Patona Gold Processing Plant and secured suppliers for all major equipment, including:

• New water borehole & pump

• 1.8 km / 500 kV electrical line

• 350 tpd crushing unit

• 150 tpd flotation circuit

• 70 tpd lixiviation circuit

• Full metallurgy lab

• Smelting circuit producing 7–8 kg doré/day

Civil works (groundworks, access roads, tailings liner) will be awarded shortly, starting late Nov 2025. IGAFOM technical updates are being prepared.

Plant remains on track for Q2 2026 start-up.

I’ve also spent a lot of time doing proper homework on NTVO. Going through every RNS, interviews, and background on the project. This is now my biggest investment. I’ve been buying steadily from 0.55p down to 0.36p, and there’s a good chance I’ll add even more this week.

When you really research a company, you build conviction — you stop getting distracted by noise on the board and you can separate facts from assumptions. For me, buying below placing price and below the director buy level is a gift. The potential here is huge if the company delivers what they’ve started to show.

The upside is far bigger than people realise — new high-potential ore shoots, increasing confidence in the geology, and a tight share structure. If they confirm what they’re hinting at with trenching & sampling, then this could be transformational.

As for gold, I’m expecting a pullback into the 3700–3500 range, but by 2026 I can easily see $5,000+. So I’m not worried at all.

They did say earlier in the year that the road issue was expected to be resolved around April, but that wasn’t under NTVO’s control — it was dependent on the community/municipality. If the road is still not repaired, the company can’t give exact dates because they don’t manage that project.

What they can update on is their own operational and exploration work, which is why the RNS focuses on that. If the road situation had a current material impact on production, they would be required to state it.

Some people are turning normal operational challenges into “red flags” when none of it actually conflicts with what the company has said:

There’s no RNS or evidence showing Nativo built the original road or is responsible for repairing it, so it doesn’t make sense to keep implying they are.

Blaming them for “the road” is pointless because it’s not their road in the first place.

The same goes for the comments suggesting the company is “deflecting” by releasing exploration results. They carried out exploratory work, and an update RNS is exactly where those results should be reported. The company is simply doing what it’s supposed to do—providing updates as the work progresses- + Show progress + Confirm milestones + Outline next steps + Maintain transparency ahead of Thursday’s presentation

There’s nothing odd or misleading about it.

There isn’t one — because Nativo never claimed in any RNS that they built the original access road.

The Company said heavy rain caused “logistical constraints” and affected access routes to the mine and not that the access road was built by Nativo, or that they are responsible for rebuilding it.

This is a remote Peruvian mining area with public/access routes previously used by artisanal miners, not company-built roads.

Nativo’s job is to make the route passable enough for their trucks and workers —this is not the same as being responsible for rebuilding the entire historic road.

So the claim “Nativo built the road therefore must fix it” isn’t supported anywhere by the company’s own disclosures.
