It was a risky bet @8p,the same risk applies @5p.it will either go under or some money will be made.
Discussing a few p is pointless unless one is trying to trade it which is beyond my skill set.
The risk is clear,the outlook hazy !
Look at it in 12months if there is anything to see.

One wonders where S/P 500 will be if say there were cases in Manhattan and it went into lock down !!
No need to rush to buy folks 10 month EPA @2918 in the firing line and if the Fed doesnt pony up tout de suite then The 50 month EPA @ 2640
is the veritable line in the sand that if crossed would send Mr Trump into hysterics and no doubt Powell would get the door.
Good buying opportunity will reveal itself in due course.

I dont think the yield is particularly attractive,Lloyds 6%+,Aviva7%+.
I suspect we will get further P/E compression with the yield getting closer to Lloyds in due courseI .
Around 3 would be an attractive entry point.
I see The S/P500 testing the 50week EMA @3058 first bear target and throw in a commie bernie scare then the 50month EMA
@2635 as locked in before the election.Where would our BIRG be then.
OK,I am putting worse case scenario here,but the US is ripe for a good pull back imho.

I just dont know where the bottom is Steve E60,other than it looks cheap having fallen fro 2.50 to 0.40 in a heart beat.
I know you like a punt,I am in indiv !!!,but I like to have some idea where the risk lies,with tlw I havent a clue,I have traded it a lot over the years and made quiet a bit but just cant go there in this occasion.
I think if Brent spends any time below 50 then I think tlw is a goner

You could take that view,but one could equally dismiss the rise as nothing other than shorts covering or a short squeeze by participants.I am only bullish because I belief the DOJ are more likely to settle,I am not bullish because of the underlying business.

With market structure and algo trading it is very easy to drive a price up or down.
Indiv is at the mercy of these forces because of DOJ uncertainty and weak underlying sales and competition.
Indiv went from 33p to 49p on nothing,so it cuts both ways.
Price is king,I will add to my position if we break below 30p and if there are signs of stability.
At what price would you add Manifesto ??

Never traded it,market hates it like tlw which I know a lot about and lucky to have avoided the recent slaughter.
Oil sector is out of favour big time and difficult to see it turning,perhaps a ME war.
Indiv is my favorite play for now,Petra will take time.

Certainly no buying pressure yet,will prob break below recent low of 32.9p and wouldnt be overly surprised to see 30 breached before a reversal.
Whatever the future holds,right now the underlying business is weak and the DOJ situation is creating a vacuum into which weak bulls and bears are selling.
The daily chart is bearish( the 100 day EMA was broken easily on the up and down which indicates confusion and volatility) and will need some sideward movement with prominent tails to encourage the bears to cover and bulls to buy again.Of course a positive DOJ resolution and we go green, but for now, patience is warranted before one jumps in here and adds to any position or opens one.I am looking for a trade set up here to buy into a trading position.I have a position @40p which I will hold until DOJ resolution.
Its always difficult to decide whether to add in a breakout or where when one perceives value on a sell off !!!!

Be patient,I have an order to buy at 3.10,it was there recently and can get there again,if it doesnt so be it.

Debt caused the problem,loading up with debt to finance an asset that needed everything to go well,there was no wriggle room.
Managing this debt is the key to a re rate,I see the sale of a mine to reduce debt as essential for a re rate and buy some time for the underlying market to recover.I do not see the appetite in the market for an equity raise but it could well be forced onto the company by the bondholders without an asset sale.
I am a holder at 8p and given time money might be made here but the risks are clear.Think a probe to 6.2p to test that support is likely.

I had 2 positions in indiv,one @35 which I sold yesterday for 46p and I have another tranche of similar size@40p which I will hold until after the DOJ decision.Holding Petra a t8p for the long run if it stays in business,all to play for still,and in my view still worth holding

The bottom line here is services in Ireland are crap and rent/housing too expensive.
Increasingly the electorate are losing tribal allegiances and just want things sorted,they are also aware that politicians have not had their interest as a top priority.
From some posts one would think Ireland was going to enter a period of hard line communism,utter nonsense.
My view is money will be made here just bide your time for a good entry.

My speculative thesis is that the underlying business is worth 80p-100p some think higher.
Its at its current level because the DOJ is taking a case against it for mis selling practices,I dont think they have a great case.
FY results are out thursday but the key for now is the DOJ,case dismissed 100p,damaging fine then 20p may not hold !!!

Still,the most likely scenario is a FF/FG regardless, but SF/FF ???
I doubt if SF will do as well as the recent poll suggests,there is a storm forecast for Sat(polling day) which may keep the older more conservative voter indoors which one presumes may have an effect.
I see any push below 4 as a buying opportunity

Take a look at indivior(sorry I know wrong board) it may be worth a small punt seeing you like to indulge the riskier end of the market.I have a decent size there at 35p and 40p.Do your own research E60 as I could well be totally wrong.Pdl holding nicely,all to play for here and am holding at 8p.
