S/P 500 2900/3000 or lower with Birg@ circa 130 thats the set up I am waiting for and should be a decent trade.I wouldnt go all in, maybe half size as 100 appearing wouldnt be a shocker if things turn nasty state side.

Broken 100 day moving average for the first time in 2 months,167 is a 50% retrace in current trading range and may find some support there.Nim will be adversely impacted if BOE goes negative,all banks being hit today.Also talks of restrictions in Dublin not helping sentiment.

They are an inaccurate list of trades,meaningless and of no value in determining the direction of price.
One thing,if I am buying in tranches,in the case of BIRG,I will leave a 10p gap between each order,this doesnt suit your style,but
is proven to increase profit and reduce stress.Until proven otherwise the trading range is 207-129,if I am shorting Birg I have a GTS 30 points above my entry.I am bullish Birg,and am stake building but one also has to trade the reality in front of one,I use spread bets,no Tax !!

Think pdl but replace the word diamond for oil.
All 3 are now debt instruments and their existence is contingent on oil getting above 50 and staying there.
If your lucky you may get a trading pop or you could be left with a 1p pup like pdl.

There is only one game in town here,the price of oil.if does not head above 50 and stay there,then tlw is finished.I dont know about you Nickel but when a share falls from 1600p to 7p I kind of take notice.
This share has lost a lot of people of money due to misinformation and incompetence.
By all means gamble,but to make your claims with such certainty is with zero evidence.

The fed is always in control as they issue currency and control all capital markets,they are the market.
Teh problems begin when the dollar losses its reserve status,there willl be a lot of blood spilt before that happens.
I believe there will be a rotation out of growth into value in due course and tech will fall as cycles inevitable repeat.Its very hard to buy tech today at current valuations.I have said before it feels like Mar 2000.

I have to laugh at the faux surprise by the Fed that inflation is too low.
If the metrics used to measure it in 1990 applied to today it is estimated that US inflation would be circa 5% ,also,the Gov/corporate axis has conspired to consign an increasing swathe of people to low paid,insecure jobs via legislation and a anti union bias.The fed is in the implementing the grand plan,not good for the average person,but since when did power worry about that.You have the Fed/Gov/corpos v The average person,thats the problem,the Fed knows full well what it is doing.

European Banks have been in a cyclical downturn for 2 yrs,birg since 2015.
As has been stated here before the net interest margin is the main driver.In the current deflationary environment it is not going to change quickly,although if you look at copper futures some are betting that inflation will be the end result of all the printing.At the first hint of a slight uptick in interest rates all banks will re rate significantly.
Re Birg specifically,the fact that it has not managed to get rid of the Govs stake is viewed negatively by the market as politics are in play.
I am a buyer on any break below 140 if it coincides with a general pull back in markets,I am building a stake here with a view to catching the next cycliclal upswing.Banks in my view are not investable long term holds but are tradeable.
If Birg was no more than 5% of my pension holding then I would add on a significant break lower as outlined above.
This is not advice, it is just my view of the current situation and could easily be incorrect,if interest rates stay where they are then I think 3-4 euro is achievable on covid fears dissipating,anything higher is contingent on a higher NIM.

Only take note of Brokers sell,everything else is worthless.

Birg has a high beta due to the sector and also the share ownership structure,it is firmly held by some, leaving a relatively small active trading pool which in turn leads to high volatility with low volumes.

I would very humbly suggest you read up on probability and also read -Fooled By Randomness- Nassim Taleb.
You bought Brig @2.60,no trader would buy it there,most traders were shorting it big time,it was falling like a knife,if you look at a daily chart from Jan2020 you bought around the 11th March,if there was a month of lateral movement on the daily that would be a reasonable trade as is any purchase at the bottom of the current trading range 207-129.You are currently short term trading at the top of the current range without stops. You might build a pot of 20k as you are doing,but it will be pure luck and you will give it all back in due course.Posting trades without stops holds little value to traders,only real time screen shots of your trades and reasons for and risk management.Risk reward/probability and context are what matters.
