As you say Surety the BOD say they are trying to maximize shareholder value. That phrase has been mentioned more than once and if you take a look on this site under "Share price information for Chariot" you can see where it says _

"

Well, Chariot has not yet managed to deliver much value to Shareholders. £3 a share many years ago down to 20pence 2 years ago and now TWO PENCE. No income and no dividends paid. They touched 1.3 pence a couple of months ago.

I have to admit I was taken in by their spiel and exaggerations and the high expectations of Simon T. in the IC.

.... and have been up and down a lot.

I now live in the hope that they do the same again. Will one of these pillars come to life? Will something be sold to raise enough to treble the sp giving working capital to enable Namibia , Loulos or Anchois produce something worth selling?

Surely the BOD must be working on something currently which they can again be over-optimistic about as per usual and get this sp moving up.

When the sp was 20p before the ENOG deal, from memory I think even our Jimmy was hoping for a £50m deposit rather than the miserable £10m we got - probably why the sp has slid lower and lower ever since and then the failed drilling was the last straw.

We need some good news. Even if it is a pile of lies which attracts some interest !!

Quite right Battles. Why would someone you do not know contact you and try to persuade you to invest in any company? The answer is certainly for them to make money one way or another, otherwise they would not do it. - To sell their shares to you at a profit / to earn commission on your purchase / to persuade you to subscribe to their information / to try to lift the sp in their interests / worse still try to get your bank details . This usually happens with very small companies where the sp is quite volatile and easier for them to make a turn.

Minus net £50,000 sales recorded so far today but we are 4.68% up ? Maybe some buys on the way in.

Thebold blogs have all been deleted apart from one on predator (various posts on there with comments about him) . He was reported for breaking the rules with his posts.

As a Corporate PR Advisor to Chariot Ltd I would like you to give Private Investors some comfort in respect of where Chariot is with current "3 Pillars" progress.

Considering that the following statement is still showing on the website, after disappointing drilling, I assume they are not abandoning hope that Anchois will eventually turn out some commercially saleable GAS. -----

Adonis Pouroulis appears to be around £2million negative with his personal investment in the Company which has a current Market cap' of £25m, being only a tenth of the amount raised from shareholders. He must be as keen as us to see some income from the Company and needs to assure us that some progress is being made, especially as we are paying his huge Remuneration. It is about time we heard about the results from Loukos drilling and also what the intentions are for the next move on Anchois ??

The communication with shareholders is pretty non-existent which must be what is causing the sp to drift lower and lower.

Judging by his job description with this communications Consultancy Company I imagine Jimmy Lea has to be quite diplomatic dealing with activist investors. Probably a good chance that he will respond to mail. No doubt also keeps his eye on blog sites like this one. Don't suppose he is our Jimmy23 in disguise?

His response to Julian Battleships is slightly encouraging indicating that Chariot's workforce is not all asleep?

I may drop him a line to see if he can put a rocket behind the BOD to give us an update on activities a bit sooooonish as the Public Relations could do with some help.

Looking back through Directors' dealings, the only sales I can see since 2015 are by the current Chairman - Hockey. On 22nd March he sold 224,227 then bought 225,000 the same day, both at 8.92pence. Bed & Breakfast £20,000?? hardly worth it.

Then yesterday same thing - bought 105,386 and sold 105,942 both at 2.15pence £2,200 - not worth the effort?

A.P. had 27,525,575 shares in 2012 - I don't know what they cost him.

Since then he has bought 68,827,441 shares at a cost of £4,429,216

He now has 96,353,016 worth £2,216,000 at 2.3pence. So he is losing £2,213,000 plus whatever the first 27,525,575 shares cost him.

If he is taxed at say 40% on his £750,000 remuneration that leaves £450,000 pa. He may have lost over 5 years worth of that but may have rec'd less than 750,000 in previous years?

I stand to be corrected if any of this is wrong but on the face of it he doesn't seem to have done very well !

Mannan...... A running commentary on what we can all see is probably not necessary. Obviously happy to see the sp moving up a little at last but this could be the MMs continued manipulation. I hope not. £150,000 worth of buys in the last 4 hours looks like good news and great if it continues.

Could do with the 20p return and proper substantial positive news on Loukos and where we are on Anchois.

Yes Gobb I just scrolled down to see Hockey also sold almost the same number of shares. Doesn't make a lot of sense as most stuff with Char. Bought peanuts, sold peanuts - whatever the reason it is irrelevant.
