Surfit, why do Char owe £3.5m ? - that was the bank balance before the raise of £9m. "cutting discretionary payments" and "deferring Credit payments" ? Do we know what these are? Discretionary indicates not mandatory. Credit payments, no idea?

2.205 appears to be based on a tiny £118 sale at 16.40. So probs only down 8% but clutching at straws a bit there.

Quite a big spread late afternoon so harder to deal.

Bets for this week could be anything without news. Probably yoyo again.

No news and the sp goes up 15% ....... then... a day later, no news and the sp goes down 15% = MMs playing games and making money.

You are correct Surfit. Nothing currently to attract investors. No words of wisdom and no actions. We need drilling results plus some plans of what is next. Otherwise sp will drift more as the cash is eaten up.

Jungle you sound like Ricky Gervais in "The Office" telling all his staff he's done a great deal and everyone should be happy for him.... but they will lose their jobs. - Lots on here will need an eight-bagger to break even from here (I need 10.5p) and we all feel very annoyed at the way this has gone. 1) Why would AP purchase £503,096 of shares at 6.5p only 2½ months ago (even though it was with money we gave him) and the shares now sit at 2.3p ? Was he so confident that Anchois would be good? Or does he not know what he is doing?

2) What, currently, are the 4228 employees doing. No news. Are they playing shove halfpenny. The sp says the 3 pillars are worth little. They could at least come and wash my car.

Kb - I went and came back same day ! What we need is some news from the BOD who have fallen asleep since the failed Anchois drilling.

Hopefully they are working on some announcement and until then sp drifts down with nothing to inspire it.....

Now here is a very clever man. I know little about Hydrogen nor about Bamford's use of it but he likes it. Can Chariot's Hydrogen be used in the same way ?

Here is an exerpt from an interesting interview with him :--

What shall I do this week for the £15,000 I get but don't work for?

I think I'll issue some more shares to myself which will have several benefits. It gives me a higher % of the Company while at the same time worries PIs into selling shares and reducing the sp so that I can put in a lower bid for the Company.

I have said several times that we need to do things which add value for shareholders, which is what this does. I never said which shareholders I was referring to and we all want the best for ourselves. I want a huge salary paid for by you and lots more shares which I can pay for with the money you give me. When Chariot runs short of money again I will let you know so you can put more of your money in and I will still be able get my salary.

I wonder if it can be done this way? - there will be a lot though.

GP - how many shares did they find? , or what % of total in those days?

As the BOD together only hold about 10% of the shares I guess if the remaining 90% shareholders got together they could outvote the BOD and either dismiss them or force them to take a 75% pay cut as well as appoint someone to overlook all their decisions and report via rns so we are all aware of them and have a clearer idea where all the pillars stand?

I also bought 100,000 shares last Wednesday which were shown as a sale. I don't believe much with these administrators/ MMs etc. I paid 2.88 pence.

SF appears to be headed in Israel direction. Not somewhere I would go currently.

Char sp didn't seem affected by S Forth travelling in the opposite direction to Morocco. With the sp moving upwards last week hopefully there is some news about to land which is not to do with more drilling at Anchois.

SP doubled in 2 weeks since 07-10-2024 from 1.45 to 3.00 . Same again please to 6.00p then again to 12.00p and I am back in front as many others I hope?

Fernan ...... or they don't have much ready cash. If AP is trying to put together a management buyout he will no doubt be speaking to bankers who may not be willing if there is little confidence in the sp. A slightly higher sp values APs holding more which gives him more collateral as leverage so long as he can also speak the talk.

Stena Forth is currently travelling East down the Med' and is South of Sardinia not far from Sicily. Opposite direction to Morocco.

Surprisingly the price on LSE was .2 lower than on Hargreaves and I was able to sell 100,000 at 2.92 and bought them back 4 mins later at 2.88. made £30 after costs. Not much but was seeing if it was possible as HL seemed to have a large spread and higher than that shown on LSE ! - But both the sell and buy are shown as sells on the below chart, so cannot take these trades on here as accurate ! :-- (see the 1st & last below)
