So they say they have walked away from Anchois but not seen any word on the rest of Morocco?

BOD - We are shareholders and Chariot partly belongs to us. Between us on here we probably own a bigger % of the Company than the BOD combined. Please tell us what the current state of affairs is as we deserve to know.

I thought Morocco was a big deal for ENOG but it was peanuts.

But still surprised nothing in their rns about the failed drilling unless they have found some positives in the data and are allowing CHAR sp to drift lower b4 bidding for the whole lot?

Reading through the last 12 months RNSs one would think that this Company's objectives were to trade in gas/oil/etc to make a profit as per their Memorandum & Articles of Association. They have done deals/discovered Gas/won licences/promised a very exciting year for 2024/raised £millions and been very upbeat on many presentations. The results for 2023 show they sold some water for £80,000 which pays for AP's salary for 5 weeks. 2024 looks likely to be the same?

Perhaps their objects should change to "Tell stories to enable us to raise money from our philanthropic Shareholders to allow the BOD to live a life of Riley." I have now become just a little sceptical about where this Company is heading after believing their stories and IC coverage over the last 5 years and thus persuading me and so many others to invest a considerabe sum in their shares. We were to be given lots of updates on all pillars during 2024 but there are only 5 weeks left to do that. They better get updating. Now.

£12m quid to drill 4 Loukos wells - they have spent possibly £4m on that and spent the rest on overheads. They must be down to their last £3/4 million now so their only options will be to either sell something or raise more from shareholders. To do the latter they'll have to tell us some amazing news that some will have to believe so the sp will rise enough for that to be a success. My glass is usually half full but it is currently EMPTY so far as Char goes.

Good for you GP. If it ever gets to 13p, which puts me in profit by £15k I'm sure I'll think differently and not sell the lot! But I will sell a chunk with a relief.....

To go up 7% on net purchases of about £10,000 doesn't make sense. But I won't complain. It only has to do that 24 times to get to 10pence ! Then another 24 times to reach 20pence.

Surety it may be difficult to retain a higher % and at the same time give a higher % ? but I agree with the rest.

I'm sure everything is for sale at a price Starbanker. ENOG sp has now raced above 10 quid after £8.50 2 months ago when the negative drill results were announced. So although they had Anchois as an important development they are not affected by the poor news. They must be on to bigger fish. £2billion company. What is left of Anchois is too small for them. I really hope Char BOD are discussing with smaller farm-in companies to make something of this - they know there is gas but not as much as hoped and hit and miss if they can recover it economically.

I wouldn't have thought £20m would be enough for them to sell Anchois unless it is the only way to raise some cash.

Harry - You called it right when the sp dropped a while back and I gave you that. But what are you still doing here? If you expect Char to go bust why waste your time? You should be using your expert skills to analyse other PLCs.

Yes at 13.48pm a buy of 3,500,000 shares at 2.44p costing £85,000 and the sp is back to 1.9p - MMs hoping to grab more on the cheap. Could be someone is building up a stake.

Haha - Starbanker I was typing my reply to you as you were adding. We both seem to have similar ideas! - hoping some negotiations are going on before any statement from Char?

Starbanker, yes I know it is, but Char said they would need to decide what their next move was after discussing with ENOG. If ENOG have written Anchois off it is about time Char informed us of that, what they were doing about it and whether they were also writing it off. Reading the article in English though, there seems to be a suggestion that a smaller developer could consider taking Anchois/Rissana further. I am hoping that the delay in Char announcing their intentions is due to their consultations with other parties before a decision is made.
