GP Most, if not all contributors on here, I imagine are Char shareholders. Some are optimists, some pessimists and some in between. Also some who seem to change with the wind. Anyone who thinks any reward is many years off probably shouldn't be here and should sell up. I've been here 5 years and probably like most others, had I thought the sp would be 9p today when I first invested, I wouldn't have bothered. Some appear to have been attached for 10 years which is unfortunate and even sad. 5 Years ago I bought at 4p, then 5p 7p 16p 19p (Apr 2022) - average now 11pence. I have quite a lot. 100s of ,000s .... all looking good still and I expected to be seeing 30p by Dec 2023. Lots of progress has been made since April 2022 so the sp has reflected that, rocketing to 9pence!
I can't complain to anyone as don't know if anyone is to blame, but we are sitting on value far greater than 9p and my glass is half full. I did send an email to A.P. demanding an update some months ago and we got one which did nothing to the sp! I keep pretending that my shares are equivalent to cash in the bank NOW worth 4 or 5 times what I paid.
I am sure they will be eventually, whether that is in 2 more years or sooner (especially if there is a T/O. )
This is a very useful platform for information and views, which, had they all been negative, I would have gone a long time ago. I don't want stupid ramping untruths but optimistic views I am sure are healthy.
When these shares get to about 25p I will be selling some and then make it up as I go along.
I'm sure we are now getting very close to something good! Things are coming together and the current sp is f - - - - - g ridiculous.
Morocco's where the Gas should be
so everybody says
We'll soon be under a money tree
In Months or even days
Malcy Malcy we hope you're right
With what you say today
Chariot shares will soon shine bright

Whimax - as the sp has already hit 20p before various issues of further progress have occurred and the "analysts" (usually optimistic) are going for around 50p (Malcy's quid is a bit dreamy at the moment) I think 25-30p is a bit realistically on the low side based on what is known (and guessed!)
Thebold Haha an offer of 25-35p "would also not even get to SH knowledge" - I think it would. imo the BOD would not be able to keep it to themselves.
"Forget about a TO full stop" "they don’t care if SP is rock bottom" - it's pretty rock bottom now which is why imo there's a good chance of a bid. If the on-shore turns out to be worth more than 8pence a share I can't see those in the know with plenty of dosh just standing by without diving in seriously. They won't be whispering in the ears of A.P. and saying "can you keep a secret? I'd like to bid 30p for your Company but don't tell anyone else!"
A lot of stuff makes no sense. We can guess till all our hair falls out.
Someone/Company owns 6% of a Company they think is a winner and wants to put in a bid for the lot. The sp is 18pence. A bid at 24p may not work but would send the shares to 28p making it harder to buy the lot. So they start to sell their 6% pushing the sp down. They do it in small chunks over a few months. The B.O.D. are kept abreast of their intentions maybe because this is the way to get the small investors to get rid. The sp is forced down to 8p. A t/o bid then comes at 25pence which now sounds more attractive with the shares being low. The takeover turns out to be by a consortium involving Energean, A.A. and the B.O.D. The takeover suceeds because the private investors are fewer and their patience has run out. Covalis steps aside making a nice turn on their investment which they were holding to assist in the bid. They hive off the renewable side to some company they've been liaising with to tidy up.
I wonder why they cannot put the "comma" in the right place when posting the number of shares and if these shares passed to the directors are to align them to shareholders, I didn't notice that us private investors had any such benefits that required alignment for the directors?
I agree Whimax. I don't know if these buys/sells by Covalis are guesses or if they are known. But if Covalis wants to stay in Char and has both shares and options, while the share is dropping they have to fund the options which, is cheaper to do by selling the shares than cashing in the options. It allows them to profit more when the sp rises. Maybe they are not able find funding elsewhere to keep the options open?
Ok it's here :--
