GP neither will I but it feels better until I reach for the Jack Daniels!
Something funny going on here, but whatever it is A.P.'s shareholding has gone down in value from £20m to £10m in a year or so. I doubt he is happy about that .
I wonder if there were any "side deals" with Energean which makes him happier?

Oh , to be a Director !

Jimmy thanks for the numbers. I presume they are based on Chariots share of the income from Anchois and not the whole venture.
... Then is there the On-Shore to add to it and any income from the other "pillars" ?
... Also is that based on the Gas we know about which excludes any more that Mr. Wallace may find?
If we were expecting a cash upfront of nearer £50m and we only get 10+15 , the difference is only 2½p per share is it not?
If there becomes nil risk and your £80m for 10 years is accurate, paying a divi of £30 leaves £50m pa. Is that for AP/BOD salaries and bacon butties?
A 30% divi yield at 10p would equal an excellent 10% yield at 30p plus any other income from the other ventures. If all goes well 30p would be far too cheap. I reckon a takeover could be on the cards?
I'm holding too
Whimax Your 10.57 post is not only appalling English but also the content adds absolutely nothing to what has already been covered.
Was there really a genuine bid? We know not.
If there was, whoever made it, they may have another target ? they may not ? so what?
The "offer" may have been 3 weeks ago. ?? It may have been 3 years ago even. It wasn't even serious enough for it to have been announced.
I don't come on here to criticize but to read useful (or even sometimes amusing) news and opinions, but one or two people on here seem to enjoy making unconstructive criticism and I believe enjoy "picking". So here is a pick for you !
ShareBurro - most sensible comment so far Today. They have done the research/Due Diligence and know the score. IF there has been an offer as AP "says" then 30p+ could be attractive to them. If I phoned up Char's cleaner and suggested I make an offer, would that constitute an offer ? ... but yes , good possibility. I think the sp will move upwards now anyway. I'd be filling my boots, but already full of Char.
As I see it, the $10m and $15m are just keeping Chariot in cash for onshore and bacon sandwiches for a few months. Asset value of Chariot is not affected much. $25m is only 2.5p per share. Hopefully the confidence Chariot have in a successful flow test will be a turning point if correct.
KB..... Firstly Mr. Smyth, I don't think the sale of 500,000 shares at after close is a positive but when you marry it against 12% (6% x 2 a few months ago) purchased, the 500,000 is merely one/twothousanth of the whole company rather than one eighth. .... and when the 2 x 6%ers acted the shares hardly moved. OK the 12% may have been accumulated over time but not too long as do they not have to disclose their holdings when over 3% ? I really believed that when 12% was purchased so quickly the shares would have doubled !
but KB who are you referring as our top man? AP?
I haven't yet gone on-line at 7.00am to check for goodies as I'm usually still asleep. What would you do between 7 & 8 after some good news?
Kb - The "risk" bit comes under the inclination umbrella
But you're right, those without additional finances and who are risked enough won't be inclined to feel they can keep up.
But without the placings, money can run out and that's no good to anyone. Unfortunately we don't know what the BOD are up against. Hopefully they are being fair, but we don't know that either. We know they have a lot of Gas which needs grabbing before licences run out.
As Jimmy said - it is frustrating not getting there yet. As I said before, we have a valuable asset and I'm not selling, even if the price drops to my average 11.5p . Some may say I am a happy clapper but I try to be realistic - we are slow but NO BAD NEWS has ever been broadcast while I have been here - 4 years.
