Thanks jt but according to latest info on Hargreaves L' on 22-12-2023 Duncan bought his 101,543 shares which took him up to 663,591 which ties in with my figs below. A.P. holding on Hargreaves has 88,227,396 after his 376,390 purchase on 10-01-2024. He also purchased 385,682 the day b4 - 9th Jan. Per H.L. he has not purchased or sold any others in last 12 months. I don't know why, when you add the Westward holding to his, you only get 74,221,171 which is 14,006,225 short of his supposed total? Maybe he holds 14m elsewhere? The only trades he has made in the last year are those 2 shown above.
Chris Zeal on 29-01-24 bought 113,921 taking him to 513,964 which ties in to my figs on my last post. So figs on that post must be 29-01-24 at earliest.

GP, Stellar Story was definitely a better bet than Char today in spite of the experts thinking otherwise. Had I sold my Char shares this morning and put the lot on Stellar Story I would now be sat on nearly £2m ! Doing that twice over and that buys the whole of Chariot.
Fernan10 I think those are good questions. I would think the solar and renewables must be worth 4 pence a share and the Hydrogen project around 6 pence a share. We are told they are both very exciting projects. The on-shore must be worth at least 8 pence a share, so the balance, down to the off-shore, is represented by taking the current share price of 7.5 pence and deducting from it the 4p the 6p and the 8p. We are all expecting the off-shore to be the most valuable part, as Energean are paying Chariot to take on the responsibilies and liabilities connected with the project. So that is why the off-shore balance is worth the huge sum of minus 10.5 pence.
Having just been to Cheltenham races I can see some similarity, where the favourites do not always win. If we say the experts must me right and the share price therefore must be the true value, then why did Stellar Story win the Albert Bartlett Novice's Hurdle at 33/1?
Cheers GP - Just seen the Black Gold price when returned from snooker. G'day on the GGs also - got 6 out of 6 at Ayr + £750. Nice to be top of the pops on the risers list! Now for some Jack Daniels Cherry .....
Summat funny going on here. £30,000 sales and first day I can remember that the sp has not even moved .00001 up or down.
MMs waiting for small sellers to fizzle out before they ramp up the price imo.
Hahahaha GP15 I think the wording was "near term" if I heard right . I've double bagged on GCM and holding a bit longer b4 I take some profit, but Char has been my major holding for 2 years. I bought a new car for my wife on the strength of a soon 30p sp which I expected by last Christmas but now think maybe late summer! Very tempted to buy some more but I really do have enough. £225,000 worth of sells since 1.30pm and sp moved from 7.8 to 7.75 doesn't make sense. Also do not believe there is one seller. Many small investors getting impatient. But like you said, even if in jest, why sell when the price looks cheap? 2 million shares sold in one shot?? Funny business this. No-one can know that Loukos is a bad deal yet and Anchois is now a better bet than a year ago. Directors have a more respectable holding so 2024 should start looking better with some decent news. A lot of amateur investors buy stuff when it's going up and sell when it drops. It's been dropping for 22 months so they sell. Always over-done. Good luck!
Let's hope the analysts are right

Today, down .33p but the trades are peanuts. From what we see on here less than net £20,000 sales.
When I suggested months ago there is manipulation by MMs I still think that. I think it was Whimax who disagreed - correct me if wrong. We have never been so close to some major news which hopefully will be good. Could it be that a lot of small investors (who have small holdings and are not up to date with developments?) are getting rid as they see the sp fall and allowing MMs to drop the price which encourages more to sell?
A bid for the whole Company could be coming. Needs to be minimum 30pence.
GP - I agree that the "Market" knows more than we do, but it is not always that clever. If it was it could have foreseen that Rolls Royce could do a 5-bagger in 18 months (that's quite something for a Company of that size), and a coal miner GCM 4-bag in 18 Months. A small Company like Char can many-bag on good news as can be seen when watching the Risers chart on LSE - regularly at the top is a small Oil/Gas Company moving 50% plus in a day.
I respect the view of AI based on current events but the sp can change on a six-pence. Also, people on here who are invested in Char understandably like to keep their hopes up and talk positively about their investment. I think I saw even you topping up at about 9pence a short time ago?
My instinct tells me we are onto a winner which will look very different in a year's time. Good Luck!
