Today is the AGM, what might we hear?

We know the company has been around for 25 years and is not new.

We know the directors have a massive amount of skin in the game, a fantastic positive when the BOD show by conviction.
we know the company has at last turned the corner and is starting to make some money.
We know the company has no debt now and has stated it will not require to raise funds going forward, growing organically.
We know the company has removed the middle man and has since last September started to mine itself on a 100% basis.
WE know the company mines a valuable product that is rare and very valuable and will be required in larger quantities.

We know the company has one of the cheapest open-pit mines to operate.
We know the company has directors fully aligned with shareholders.
We know the company has got two of the largest world banks involved to sell either the whole company or its assets, UBS and CITIC.
We know the company has purchased new equipment to speed up production.
We know the company welcomed Institutional Investors on board by Issuing new shares at NO discount to the prevailing stock price, unheard of on AIM.
We know the company was approached by interested parties to obtain either the full company or its assets.
We know the company instructed ACF to produce a company report assessing its true value for basing offers on.
We know the company represented Russian mining at EXPO.
We know we have been awarded a flanks license vastly increasing our asset acreage.
We know we have recently been awarded the Tipil license.
We know the company is classed as  'The Last Non - Consolidated Palladium Play' and that is the main point here, the company has a very valuable array of assets that contain oodles of valuable PGM's that are not seen on such a scale except the Bushveld complex in South Africa where the current production is hampered by power outages and industrial relations.
If you are a shareholder in EUA enjoy the ride by being steered by the very experienced BOD who knows a thing or two about mining!

There were only two entrants for today and as I was copy and pasting in the entrants the cursor took on a mind of its own and merrily started deleting the list? the only way to stop it was to close down the application, it was like a Pac-Man chewing its way through the list!

I think I may have been a cheapskate and gone for a higher excess of £100 on the policy to reduce the premium and as I do most of my own repairs fair enough I thought, I will look into it and see.

I go around and pick up the rubbish the bin men leave behind after they have done their round, we have pink sacks, blue boxes for paper, and have to buy our own black sacks for general waste, and a small blue bin for food waste.

For some unknown reason, an operative pre collects the sacks up and dumps them in 20 sack amounts to save the number of dustcart stops, fine, but when they spot something that should not be put out or in the wrong bag they stick a tag on it and leave it, but that bag is now not outside the house of the person who put the wrong thing out, great.

The blue food bins which are supposed to be emptied into the food recycling cart, the operatives flips open the bin and grabs the biodegradable corn starch liner bag, instead of taking the bin to the cart emptying it and returning it to save time, and guess what, the bag rips and deposits all the food wast on the pavement and I have to clear up the mess, they don't.

Who thought a blue box was a good idea for shredded confidential wast, a sack is much better as when they empty the box it blows all over the place.

Don't get me started.. haha.

The ride-on mower man wears ear protectors over his I pod earphones, he looked around but nothing was obvious to him... the strimmer man had gone awol and NO strimming was done at all today, so maybe off sick? and blower man is so far behind just dithering that he would not have heard the bang, and anyway, the rear window heating element held the window together for about 10 min before giving out and dumping the remnants on the road...

I've had a look on ebay for a rear window glass and I can get one for £150 + £114 delivery... from Italy.

It's a Fiat Multipla.. you know the ugliest car ever built, looks like a frog, but seats 6, 3 abrest front and back, and is like being inside a glasshouse as very good visibility and comfy and as aerodynamic as a brick, but is a useful second car that was in ok condition till 10 am today.

Just looking up who to moan to at Southend council...

I'm very 'P i s s e d' off today, the useless council workers who cut the grass verges.

They leave the grass to go to seed, then cut it when it is about 6" tall so they have no idea what may lie in the overgrown grass, flowed by the strimmer man and then an operative with a blower who usually blows the cuttings all over the car.

Well, today they exceed themselves and hit a stone sending it into my car's back window and smashing it!

Bloody useless council, more personal expense...
